Purpose:To investigate and compare the TCM constitutions and general conditions of patients with primary dysmenorrhea and healthy women without dysmenorrhea,and to explore the distribution characteristics and related factors of TCM constitutions in patients with primary dysmenorrhea,so as to provide theoretical support for TCM treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Method:Respectively into standard 300 cases of primary non dysmenorrhea pain patients and 300 cases of healthy women,the questionnaire survey asked respondents to fill out the standard of China association of Chinese medicine the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and determine the self-test table ",from the general situation questionnaire,as well as the health of women dysmenorrhea in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of traditional Chinese medicine physique,general description and analysis,the survey collected data to create EXCEL database,using SPSS24.0 software for data for statistical analysis.Results:1.Primary dysmenorrhea tends to be caused by Yang deficiency,blood stasis and qi stagnation in the biased constitution.2.Healthy non-dysmenorrhea women with mild quality,Yin deficiency quality,qi deficiency quality in the majority.3.The pain of primary dysmenorrhea patients with nine constitutions was concentrated in the premenstrual and menstrual periods,and the pain duration was usually 1-2 days.4.Primary dysmenorrhea patients with nine constitutions were associated with impatience and irritability in emotional state,as well as a preference for spicy food and sweet food in dietary habits.5.The primary dysmenorrhea patients with qi-depression were correlated with age and course of disease.6.Primary dysmenorrhea patients with nine constitutions had no correlation with exercise.Conclusion:1.The susceptible constitutions of primary dysmenorrhea patients were Yang deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis.2.Healthy non-dysmenorrhea women with mild quality,Yin deficiency quality,qi deficiency quality in the majority.3.Emotional factors(irritable),eating habits(like spicy food,sweet food)are closely related to the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea.4.The prevention of primary dysmenorrhea can be carried out with early intervention of the susceptible constitution by means of regulating diet and regulating mood.
