| Objective:Collected from patients with basic information and fill in the related constitution questionnaire,and statistics and finishing,a cross-sectional study method,summarizes the kunming area of gastric polyps in patients with TCM constitution type,and study the related factors affecting its constitutional type,so as to investigate gastric polyp constitution and disease factors,and applied to the patients with clinical guidelines on the prevention and treatment of gastric polyps.Methods:The patients with gastric polyps confirmed by electronic gastroscopy were collected by questionnaire,and the basic information of the patients was collected.At the same time,the patients were required to preliminarily determine their constitutions by filling in the constitution scale,and the correlation was studied from the relationship between the basic information of the patients and their constitutions.Results:A total of 320 patients with gastric polyps were collected in this study.Patients diagnosed with polyps by gastroscopy were selected from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province during June 2019 to December 2020.Studies have shown that the incidence of gastric polyps is higher in males than in females,about 1.321:1,and the age of onset of gastric polyps is mainly in middle-aged and elderly patients aged 50-69,among which the average age of onset of gastric polyps is 58.49.3 years according to statistics.2.The common constitutions of patients with gastric polyps are roughly distributed as follows,mainly with Yang deficiency substance/phlegm dampness substance/qi stagnation substance.3.The occurrence of gastric polyps was correlated with Hp infection4.Different genders of patients with gastric polyps have different constitutions types.In male patients,the constitutions types are mainly Yang deficiency and phlegm dampness,while female patients are mostly Yang deficiency and qi stagnation.5.Correlation between different pathological types and physique6.Correlation between the number and size of gastric polyps and physique7.Correlation between patients with different clinical symptoms of gastric polyps and physique8.There was no significant correlation between gender,age,body mass index and the distribution of TCM constitutionConclusion: 1.Yang-deficiency,phlegm-dampness and qi-stagnation constitution are common in gastric polyp constitution characteristics,and significant differences are found according to the comparison of different clinical symptoms/different pathological types/and the size and number of polyps in patients with gastric polyps.2.Patients with multiple gastric polyps in the gastric body,their clinical manifestations are mainly epigastric pain;The clinical symptoms of patients with multiple gastric polyps in the gastric antrum are mostly epigastric distention and tightness.Polyps occurring in the body and antrum of the stomach are usually asymptomatic.The incidence rate of gastric polyps in patients with a history of chronic gastritis was higher than that in patients without a history of gastritis.3.In terms of constitution type,the clinical manifestations of Yang deficiency constitution were mostly epigastric pain and gastric pincers.Gastric polyp patients with phlegm and dampness constitution usually have no obvious clinical manifestations.For those with single polyps,the constitution type is usually Yang deficiency constitution,and those with single polyps revealed by gastroscopy mostly belong to phlegm dampness constitution.Pathological results show that patients with fundus polyps and inflammatory polyps usually belong to Yang deficiency constitution,patients with hyperplastic polyps often show phlegm dampness constitution,and other pathological types of polyps have insignificant constitution.The majority of patients with Hp infection positive gastric polyps were Yang deficiency constitution,while the majority of patients with Hp infection negative gastric polyps were phlegm dampness constitution. |
