Observation On Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation And Washing Cong Luo Knee Arthralgia

Objective: To observe the improvement of VAS score,WOMAC score,Lysholm score,ROM score,TCM symptom scores of knee osteoarthritis in the treatment of qi and blood deficiency syndrome by promoting acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.The therapeutic effect provides a theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods: Seventy-two patients with knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of qi and blood were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table,36 cases in each.The treatment group was given external washing of Chinese herbal medicine(Caulis Spatholobi,Caulis Trachelospermi,,Caulis Lonicerae,Caulis Polygoni multiflori,Caulis Sargentodoxae,Liggusticum Wallichii,Ramulus cinnamomi,common clubmoss herb,Fortunes Drynaria Rhizome 15 g each,1 dose per day,decoction 1500 mL,evening Fumigation and washing of both lower extremities)with acupuncture(Dabao,Dadu,Yinyang Lengquan,Liangqiu,Xuehai,Sanyinjiao,Xuanzhong,Zusanli)treatment,acupuncture treatment on the first day,acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation treatment on the second day(The patient was first smoked and washed for 30 minutes and then acupuncture and moxibustion for 20 minutes).In order to avoid infection,only acupuncture treatment was done on the third day.On the fourth day,the acupuncture treatment was continued with Chinese medicine fumigation and treatment was continued for 15 days in this way.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture(Yinyang Lengquan,Liangqiu,Xuehai,Sanyinjiao,Xuanzhong,Zusanli),with daily acupuncture treatment for 15 days.All patients underwent VAS score,Lysholm score,ROM activity scale score,WOMAC score,and TCM symptom score before and after treatment.All data were analyzed using medical statistics.Results: One patient in the treatment group voluntarily gave up the therapy and a total of 35 patients completed the study;the control group lost one patient and a total of 35 patients completed the study.The statistical analysis is as follows:(1)Comparison before treatment: There was no significant difference in general information,VAS score,knee extension muscle strength evaluation,Lysholm score,ROM score,WOMAC score,and TCM symptom score between the two groups(P ? 0.05).(2)Comparison of VAS scores: After treatment,knee pain was reduced in both groups,and VAS scores decreased,and the treatment group was significantly better than thecontrol group,the differences were statistically significant(P ? 0.05).(3)Comparison of WOMAC score,Lysholm score,and ROM score: The experimental group and the control group had a higher Lysholm index score after treatment than before treatment.After treatment,the comparison between the experimental group and the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the WOMAC score and ROM index score of both groups were lower than before treatment.The comparison between the two groups after treatment,the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)(4)Comparison of scores of various symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,the joint pain,numbness of the skin,tiredness,shaohua complexion and pale lips of the nails both decreased compared with before treatment.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: The symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group,and the difference was significantly different(P ? 0.05).(5)Comparison of total effective rate: The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment(91.00% in the treatment group vs 82.00% in the control group),the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: On the basis of fumigation and washing of Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture stimulates the Dadu acupuncture to explore the qi and the acupuncture supplement method to stimulate the "spleen of Daluo" to treat qi and blood deficiency knee paralysis,which can significantly relieve the quadriceps Pain,enhance the stability of the knee joint,improve the patient's ability to move daily,reduce the swelling and stiffness of the knee joint,so the author proposes a new idea in clinical treatment of knee paralysis from the collaterals and muscles,and the Daluo point of the spleen "Dadu acupoint can be used as one of the important points for clinical adjuvant treatment of qi and blood deficiency and knee palsy.
