Clinical Observation And Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Exerise And Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation For The Treatment Of Napex Arthralgia Disease

Objective:Through the clinical observation and analysis of the treatment of rheumatic napex arthralgia disease using Chinese medicine fumigation,combining with Traditional Chinese Exerise,its therapeutic mechanism is discussed.Methods:According to the radicular type cervical spondylosis stated in "The Cervical Spondylosis Treatment And Rehabilitation Guide--2010 edition",formulated by the professional committee of the Chinese Medical Association for Rehabilitation;Reference to cervical spondylosis from "Diagnostic Criteria of TCM-1994 edition" issued by The National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM);60 patients with rheumatic napex arthralgia disease were selected from Fuzhou Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital rehabilitation ward and were randomly and evenly separated into three groups of test subjects.One group accepted herbal medicine fumigation only(the fumigation group),one group were instructed to do Traditional Chinese Exerise only(the physical group),and the last group accept both methods(the combined group).The fumigation group accepted herbal fumigation 30 minutes per day,6 days per week,4 weeks per course of treatment.The physical group carried out Traditional Chinese Exerise,for 30 minutes per day non-stop,6 days per week,4 weeks per course of treatment.The combined group accepted both treatments for the same amount of time.Three groups of patients experienced similar daily routine during course of treatment.In order to better compare the effects of the treatments,X-ray imaging data from before and after the treatments were retained.The application of VAS scale,Borden's measurement method,cervical function testing and training system were utilized to compare the cervical function of the before and after treatments.Results:1.Three sets of VAS for three groups before and after treatment were analyzed statistically.(1)The scores before treatment indicated no significant difference(P>0.05);(2)The scores after treatment indicated significant difference(P<0.05).It was found that the VAS score in the combined group was higher than that in the other two groups,and the local pain was significantly improved.2.Borden's measurement for three groups before and after treatment were statistically treated.(1)The scores before treatment indicated no significant difference(P>0.05);(2)The scores after treatment indicated significant difference(P<0.05).It was found that the C value of the cervical curvature of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups,and the score was higher than that of the other two groups,and the curvature was significantly improved.3.Comparison of cervical extension activity and strength between the three groups before and after treatment were statistically treated.(1)The scores before treatment indicated no significant difference(P>0.05);(2)The scores after treatment indicated significant difference(P<0.05).It was found that the activity and strength of the cervical vertebra measured by Multi Cervical Unit(MCU)in the combined group changed more than the other two groups,and the various symptoms were significantly improved.Conclusion:This research adopts Traditional Chinese Exerise,to treat abnormal cervical vertebra physiology curvature.During the training,the deep muscles of the spine are activated,while the superficial motor muscles are relaxed,the stability of the spine is enhanced,so as to treat the abnormal physiological curvature of the cervical spine.Chinese medicine fumigation can promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and wind chill,quickly eliminate local edema and inflammation,so as to alleviate pain.The combination of Traditional Chinese Exerise,and the fumigation,invigorate the blood circulation,so as to relieve pain.The muscles on both sides of the spine were treated to enhance the stability of the spine,and change the abnormal physiological curvature of the cervical spine.
