| Objectiv:By observing and analyzing the knife therapy with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation mechanism of action and clinical efficacy of knee osteoarthritis blood stasis type of treatment, provide the basis for widespread clinical method.Methods:According to the principles of randomized clinical trials, patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the treatment group of30patients, using knife with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment; the control group of30patients, the use of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine fumigation treatment; respectively according to treatment regimen treatment, after treatment is completed to determine the therapeutic effect. Select clinical VAS score and score as the primary outcome measures ISOA and observe the results were statistically analyzed and concluded.Results:Needle knife with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy overall effective rate was93%, total effective rate80%, acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation treatment and the overall efficacy of comparison between the two groups (P<0.05), significant difference was found in two groups, needle knife with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy overall curative effect is better than that of acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation therapy; At the same time to reduce patients with knee pain; Improve patients with knee joint activities were better than that in control group, especially for patients with early curative effect is remarkable.Conclusion:(1) knife therapy with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis blood stasis type has a significant effect, can effectively relieve pain and improve knee range of motion.(2) knife therapy with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy of blood stasis type than the control group. |
