Clinical Study On Treatment Of Pangbiyin(Scapulohumeral Periarthritis)by Zhuang Medical Lotus Acupuncture And Cupping Method

Objective: By comparing and observing the clinical efficacy of zhuang medical lotus acupuncture and cupping method and common acupuncture in the treatment of Pangbiyin(scapulohumeral periarthritis)to provide reference for clinical application.Methods: A total of 60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(treatment by zhuang medical lotus acupuncture and cupping method)and control group(treatment by common acupuncture),and30 cases in each group.The treatment group took the Biandan point,Jianguan Point,Lianhua point,and the control group took shoulder three needles(Jianyu point,Jianzhen point,Jianqian point),Zhongping point as the main point,Shousaanli point,Yanglao point,Waiguan point,Chize point as the matching point.Treatment group and control group were treated once every 3days,5 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The total clinical response rate,the VAS scale(visual analog scale,VAS)and the CMS score(Constant Murley Score,CMS)of the two groups were recorded before treatment and after the first course of treatment and the second course of treatment,SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis,to compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.After 2 courses of treatment,The total effective rate was 93.3% in the zhuang medical lotus acupuncture and cupping method treatment group and83.3% in the common acupuncture group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared with P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It can be seen that both of the two kinds of therapy are effective in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,and the therapeutic effect of zhuang medical lotus acupuncture and cupping method group is better than that of the common acupuncture group.2.The VAS scores and CMS scores were compared between the two groups:Before treatment,the two groups were compared with P>0.05,with no statistically significant difference and comparable.After the first course of treatment,the two groups were compared with P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.After the second course of treatment,the two groups were compared with P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.It can be seen that in the early stage of treatment,the two treatments have no difference in the improvement of shoulder joint pain and dysfunction,while in the later stage of treatment,the two treatments have significant difference in the improvement of shoulder joint pain and dysfunction,and the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The VAS score and CMS score of the two groups were compared within the group:Comparison between the two groups before and after the first course of treatment,before and after the second course of treatment,all statistics showed P<0.05,with statisticalsignificance.It can be seen that both groups improved shoulder pain and dysfunction after 1 course of treatment or2 courses of treatment,but the efficacy of 2 courses of treatment was better than that of 1 course of treatment.Conclusion:1.Zhuang medical lotus acupuncture and cupping method and common acupuncture can effectively improve the patient's pain symptoms and shoulder joint motor function,but the curative effect of zhuang medical lotus acupuncture and cupping method is better in the later stage of treatment.2.The curative effect of Zhuang medical lotus acupuncture and cupping method is accurate,and it is worth popularizing and studying deeply.
