Zhuang Medical Lotus Acupuncture And Cupping Method For PHN Patients Effects Of WNT3a And TNF-?

Objective: To investigate the effects of lotus acupuncture and cupping on the Wnt3 a and Tumor Necrosis Factor-?(TNF-?)in patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).To compare the clinical efficacy of lotus acupuncture cupping method,simple cupping method and gabapentin in the treatment of PHN,in order to provide scientific basis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of PHN.Methods: Sixty patients with PHN who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups: lotus acupuncture cupping group,simple cupping group and gabapentin group,20 cases in each group.Treatment once every 3 days,before treatment(before first treatment),13 days(before 5th treatment),28 days(before 10 th treatment),43 days(before 15 th treatment),58 The venous blood was collected from the patients(before the 20 th treatment),the TNF-? content in the blood was detected by ELISA,the level of Wnt3 a was detected by PCR,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)of the three groups was compared,analysis of comprehensive efficacy.Results:(1)The total effective rate of lotus acupuncture cupping group was 94.74%,the total effective rate of simple cupping group was 68.42%,and the gabapentin group was 83.33%.The comprehensive effect of lotus acupuncture cupping group was better than that of simple cupping group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comprehensive efficacy evaluation compared with gabapentin(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the VAS scores before and after treatment in the three groups,there was no significant difference between each group before the first treatment and before the fifth treatment(P>0.05);before and after the 10 th treatment,Compared with before the first treatment,there was a better effect(P<0.05).The comparison between the three groups showed that the analgesic effect of the lotus acupuncture cupping group and the gabapentin group was significantly higher than that of the simple cupping group before and after the 10 th treatment(P<0.05).Before the 15 th treatment,the lotus acupuncture cupping group The degree of pain was significantly reduced compared with the gabapentin group(P<0.05).(3)Before the first treatment,there was no significant difference in the content of TNF-? between the three groups(P>0.05).Before and after the 10 th treatment,the lotus acupuncture cupping group compared with the other two groups,the blood TNF-? content decreased significantly(P<0.05).When the lotus acupuncture cupping group was compared,the content of TNF-? in the blood decreased continuously with the increase of the number of treatments,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The level of Wnt3 a in the blood of the three groups was the first.There was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).With the increase of treatment times,the levels of Wnt3 a decreased gradually in the three groups,among which the lotus acupuncture cupping group decreased most,followed by the gabapentin group;the 10 th and 15 th,The level of Wnt3 a in the lotus acupuncture cupping group before the 20 th treatment was lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The lotus acupuncture cupping group,the simple cupping group and the gabapentin group are effective in treating PHN.The lotus acupuncture cupping group has better analgesic effect on PHN;(2)the strong lotus acupuncture cupping method may be down-regulated The level of Wnt3a in the blood of PHN patients reduces the content of TNF-?,which in turn plays an analgesic effect.
