| Objective:The clinical effect of the dislocation of the small joints of the thoracic vertebrae was studied by following the treatment of Wechsler chiropractic manipulation combined with balanced acupuncture and moxibustion.The improvement of symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment.Methods:To design a reasonable and objective classified control experiment: 30 cases in the treatment group(Wechsler chiropractic manipulation combined with balanced acupuncture)and 30 cases in the control group(balanced acupuncture treatment)were divided to treat the dislocation of small joints of thoracic vertebrae.To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of Wechsler chiropractic manipulation combined with balanced acupuncture treatment plan and balanced acupuncture treatment plan on the dislocation of thoracic small joints.Before and after treatment,VAS score and PPI evaluation score were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Adopt Epi Data software to establish the corresponding entry procedure,and set the logic review limit conditions when entering.The statistics professionals analyze and process the count data with chi square test;the measurement data with t-test;all the statistical calculation with spss21.0 software for statistical analysis.Results: The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group.The VAS pain score and PPI evaluation score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),while the vas and PPI scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Wechsler chiropractic manipulation combined with balanced acupuncture and balanced acupuncture have significant effect on dislocation of small joints of thoracic vertebrae,while Wechsler chiropractic manipulation combined with balanced acupuncture is better than balanced acupuncture. |
