Objective:To observe the clinical effect offire-blade needle on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods:Fifty patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome who met the established standards were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with fire-edge acupuncture, while the control group was treated with conventional electroacupuncture.Finally,SPSS17.0statistical software was used to make statistical analysis on various therapeutic indexes. The treatment group: Ashi point,Zhibian point and Weizhong point on the affected side were treated with fire edge acupuncture.Control group: Ashi point,Shenshu point,Dachangshu point,Jizhong point,Yaoyangguan point and Weizhong point were selected and treated with electroacupuncture at Ashi point and Weizhong point after ordinary acupuncture to obtain qi.Course of treatment: The two groups are the same. Both groups are treated twice a week and 4 times are one course of treatment.A total of 2 courses of treatment are treated to observe the clinical efficacy.Evaluation methods: Before treatment, after one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared and evaluated.Mc Gill Pain Scale,Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI),SF-36 Quality of Life Scale were used, and the data were collected and stored by professionals from the third party, and the therapeutic effects were observed. The relevant data collected will be finally counted and analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Result:1.The comparison between the two groups before treatment: before treatment, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the comparison of the general personal situation(including age, gender, etc.),Mc Gill pain scale score,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)and SF-36 quality of life scale score between the two groups, indicating that the two groups were comparable in treatment.2.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups: through the analysis of rank sum test, the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison between the two groups:(1)comparison within the two groups: before treatment, after treatment and after treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group had curative effect;(2)comparison between the two groups: after treatment and after treatment, the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05)The statistical significance(P < 0.05)showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group.4.Comparison of Oswestry dysfunction index between the two groups:(1)comparison within the two groups: the difference of Oswestry dysfunction index between the two groups before and after one treatment course and two treatment courses was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group can improve the lumbar dysfunction.(2)Comparison between groups: after one course of treatment and two courses of treatment,Oswestry dysfunction index was compared between the treatment group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the improvement of lumbar dysfunction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.5.Comparison of SF-36 quality of life scale between the two groups:(1)comparison within the two groups: the SF-36 quality of life scale score before and after one course of treatment and two courses of treatment was significantly different in eight dimensions(P < 0.05),with statistical significance, indicating that the quality of life of the two groups was improved after treatment;(2)comparison between the two groups: the treatment group and the control group,in one course of treatment After two courses of treatment,SF-36 quality of life scale scores were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in eight dimensions of quality of life improvement. Conclusion:Fire edge acupuncture can effectively reduce a series of clinical symptoms such as low back pain, leg pain and limited activity of patients with the third lumbar transverse process syndrome, and effectively improve the activity of the lumbar spine and the quality of life of patients.Through the research,it is found that fire edge acupuncture and conventional electroacupuncture are effective in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome, and the effect of fire edge acupuncture is better than that of conventional electroacupuncture, which is worthy of clinical promotion ?...
