Objective: In order to improve the level of creativity tendency of medical academic postgraduates(referred to as medical masters)in the public training period,we first investigate and evaluate the current status and level of creativity tendency of the same student at the time of new enrollment and at two points after the end of the public class.In-depth analysis of the main factors influencing their creativity tendency when they enter new school,and in-depth analysis of the main factors influencing their creativity tendency level in the training process of public class.Finally,according to the above two influencing factors,we put forward targeted and operable countermeasures and suggestions.Methods:To understand the level and cultivation methods of creativity tendency of medical graduates at home and abroad through the literature method,summarize and summarize the literature;investigate the status quo and influencing factors of creativity tendency of medical academic postgraduates in a university in Liaoning Province through questionnaire survey;Statistical analysis using SPSS 24.0 statistical software package and EXCEL,using percentage,mean and standard deviation to describe the demographic characteristics and creativity propensity scores of medical masters;Difference analysis using independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA and nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis H test.Multivariate linear stepwise regression was used to conduct multi-factor analysis of the creative tendency of medical masters,and the test level was α = 0.05.Results:1.Creativity tendency scores and self-evaluation at the two time points after the new school entrance and the public course of the same session The average total score of the creative tendency of newly admitted medical students is(109.65 ± 12.45),the adventurous score is(23.84 ± 3.00),the curiosity score is(31.86 ± 4.29),the imagination score is(25.94 ± 4.15),and the challenging score Is(28.01 ± 3.21).After the public class,the average total score of the creative tendency of the same master student was(107.83 ± 13.57),which was not statistically different from the score of the creative tendency at the time of new admission.Among them,the adventurous score was(23.68 ± 3.06),and the curiosity score was(30.87 ± 4.49),the imagination score is(26.23 ± 4.16),the challenge score is(26.95 ± 3.60),and the curiosity and challenge scores are statistically different from the new enrollment.In addition,the average score of student’s creativity tendency self-assessment is(2.67 ± 0.90),the score rate is less than 0.6,and only 10% of students are satisfied with their creativity tendency ability.2.An Analysis of the Factors Influencing New Students’ Creative Trend The results of single factor analysis showed that the scores of creative tendency of student were in terms of gender,personality,place of residence,status of holding positions,performance of group discussion classes,classroom answers to teacher questions,reading of "natural science / comprehensive books",and answers to literature review.There are statistical differences in learning doubts,watching online courses,using resources to watch medical teaching videos and interested in scientific research(P<0.05);multi-factor analysis results show that extroversion(inwards are reference objects)(Beta = 0.207),Reading natural science books(Beta = 0.148),interested in scientific research(Beta = 0.133),searching for literature and puzzles(Beta = 0.117),gender(Beta =-0.114)are the main influences on the master ’s creativity tendency factor.3.An Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Creativity Tendency of the Training Process in the Public Class The results of the single factor analysis showed that the creativity propensity score in the tutor encourages students to participate in academic exchanges,the tutor respects the students ’research interests,the tutor does not make good judgments on the students’ views,the tutor encourages the students to use new methods,the tutor encourages the difficult research.There is a statistical difference in satisfaction with the tutor’s guidance method(P <0.05).The average score of student’s evaluation of the course learning is(11.46 ± 2.69),the score rate is between 0.6-0.8;the average score of student’s evaluation of the tutor is(27.43 ± 5.72),the score rate is 0.6-0.8 The average score of student’s evaluation of the innovation environment provided by the school is(18.72 ± 3.84),and the scoring rate is between 0.6-0.8.Conclusion:The level of creativity tendency of the newly enrolled medical masters is average,and the creativity tendency is still at the general level after the end of the public class,and there is no change compared with the new enrollment,and the level of curiosity and challenging dimensions is slightly lower,and the self-evaluation is lower.At the time of new admission,the master’s creativity tendency is mainly influenced by personality,reading natural science books,interest in scientific research,literature search,and gender.Outgoing personality students are higher than introvert and intermediate personality students,and the number of reading natural science books is large Students are higher than students who have less reading,students who are interested in scientific research are higher than students who are not interested,students who search for documents with high frequency of doubt are higher than students who have low frequency,and boys are higher than girls.In addition,students living in townships and towns are higher than rural students,students in relevant positions in school are higher than students who are not in positions,students who participate in group discussions are often more active than never / rarely / sometimes active students who frequently answer teacher questions in the classroom are higher than students who rarely / sometimes answer,students who read more comprehensive books are higher than students who read less,students who watch “online courses and watch medical videos” frequently Higher frequency students;During the training of public classes,the tutor is encouraged to encourage students to participate in academic exchanges,to respect students ’research interests,not to make bad judgments about students’ views,to encourage students to use new methods,to encourage difficult research,and students to evaluate tutors as The level of students’ creativity propensity that is very consistent is higher than other evaluations.Student’s evaluation of the curriculum learning,tutors,and the innovation environment provided by the school are average.By strengthening active learning within the major,increasing the amount of reading outside the major,enhancing scientific research interest from multiple angles,actively engaging in scientific research practice,optimizing the guidance method of graduate tutors,enriching the content of graduate courses,adopting
