| Objective:The purpose of this project is to analyze Professor Duan’s clinical medical cases in the past 30 years from 1990 to 2017,to summarize the formation of Professor Duan Fujin’s academic thought.Analysis of Professor Duan’s syndrome differentiation thought and compatibility of prescriptions in the treatment of chest arthralgia.In order to sum up Professor Fu Jin’s academic thoughts and the compatibility of clinical prescriptions,the research methods of medical records and documents are laid.Expectation will play a positive role in guiding clinical practiceMethod:Using the method of literature research,medical case research and data mining.Through literature research,this paper analyzes Professor Duan’s existing literature and takes it as the theoretical basis of medical case study.According to certain standards,the paper medical cases of Professor Duan in recent 30 years were screened,entered and sorted manually,and the medical case database was established.Data mining is carried out according to the classification,and the statistical results are sorted out according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,reviewed manually,analyzed and explained with professional theory,so as to explore the law of drug use and academic ideasResults:1.This study is divided into two parts.Professor Fujin Duan ’s literature research on chest obstruction and data mining analysis of medical records2.In this study,Professor Duan Fujin has collected 12 existing literatures on chest arthralgia.3 912 medical records were collected,involving 167 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 47503.3.Literature research results:There are 12 existing documents on chest arthralgia.Research methods include clinical case analysis,experimental research and data mining(1)Syndrome differentiation and typing:This paper sums up eight types of syndrome differentiation and prescriptions of treating chest arthralgia,which are Qi and yin deficiency,Qi and blood deficiency,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Qi and yang deficiency,heart yang deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis,heart blood stasis and qi stagnation and heart chest syndrome(2)Folk prescriptio:There are 5 literatures involved.Professor Duan Fujin paid special attention to the syndrome differentiation treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis4.Research on medical case statistics:Statistics of medical records are divided into syndrome differentiation statistics and prescriptions and prescriptions statistics(1)Syndrome differentiation:Through the cluster analysis and syndrome analysis of 3912 medical cases’ prescriptions and symptoms,combined with the results of literature research,the medical cases were divided into 11 syndrome types.On the basis of the original 8 syndrome types,three syndrome types of stagnation of liver qi,hyperactivity of liver Yang and deficiency of heart and kidney Yin were increased.In order to facilitate horizontal comparison,11 syndromes were aggregated into six categories:Qi Deficiency Syndrome Type(Including deficiency of Qi and blood,deficiency of Qi and Yin,deficiency of Qi and blood stasis,deficiency of both qi and Yang),Qi Stagnation Type(Including qi stagnation,heart and chest,qi stagnation and blood stasis,liver stagnation and qi stagnation),Yin deficiency syndrome type(Deficiency of heart and kidney yin),Yang deficiency syndrome type(Deficiency of heart Yang),Yang hyperactivity syndrome type(Hyperactivity of liver Yang),Blood stasis syndrome type(Heart blood stasis)(2)Qi Deficiency Syndrome Type:a total of 139 drugs,mostly to the heart and lung meridian.The deficiency of Qi and blood accounted for 55.3 7%,3 5.85%,6.27%and 2.51%respectively.According to statistics,26 groups of strongly related drugs,8 groups of core drugs and 3 groups of basic drugs were obtained(3)Qi Stagnation Type:a total of 139 drugs,mostly by lung and spleen.Statistically,there are 2 0 groups of strongly related drug combinations,6 groups of core drug combinations and 2 groups of basic drug combinations(4)Yin deficiency syndrome type:a total of 78 drugs,mostly liver and kidney meridian.Statistics shows that there are 22 groups of combination of strong related drugs,6 groups of combination of core drugs and 2 groups of combination of basic drugs(5)Yang deficiency syndrome type:a total of 47 drugs,mostly lung and heart meridian.Statistics shows that there are 2 0 combinations of strong related drugs,5 combinations of core drugs and 1 combination of basic drugs(6)Yang hyperactivity syndrome type:a total of 77 drugs,mostly by the liver.Statistics shows that there are 20 groups of combination of strong related drugs,5 groups of combination of core drugs and 2 groups of combination of basic drugs(7)Blood stasis syndrome type:a total of 47 drugs,mostly liver and heart meridian.Statistics shows that there are 18 groups of combination of strong related drugs,5 groups of combination of core drugs and 2 groups of combination of basic drugsConclusion:1.Through sorting out Professor Duan’s existing literature on chest arthralgia,this paper sums up eight types of syndrome differentiation and prescriptions of treating chest arthralgia,which are Qi and yin deficiency,Qi and blood deficiency,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,Qi and yang deficiency,heart yang deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis,heart blood stasis and qi stagnation and heart chest syndrome.2.Based on the statistical analysis of medical records,new syndrome types are added:stagnation of liver qi,hyperactivity of liver Yang,deficiency of heart and kidney yin.3.This paper summarizes the drug compatibility rules of Professor Duan in the treatment of different types of chest arthralgia,and obtains 35 core drug combinations and 12 basic drug combinations,reflecting the drug laws of Professor Duan.4.Professor Duan’s seven basic prescriptions for chest obstruction.5.Through the analysis of the law of drug use,the development path of Professor Duan’s academic idea of treating chest arthralgia is summarized,that is,early single and double Invigorating Qi,middle adding Invigorating Qi also needs invigorating blood thought,later making good use of activating blood method,emphasizing the importance of promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood.6.The overall academic guiding ideology of Professor Duan’s treatment of chest arthralgia is to distinguish deficiency from reality,to clarify Qi and blood,and to use drugs lightly.7.Professor Duan’s academic characteristics and experience in the treatment of chest obstruction are summarized as follows:whether the cause of disease can be eliminated,whether the excess deficiency of Qi in the chest can be examined,whether the blood stasis is formed or not,if the deficiency is not proved,it needs to be prevented first,though the disease is in the heart and lung,especially the liver protection. |
