Citizen health is related to the effectiveness of the general goal of a well-off society for all people, and there is no comprehensive well-being without universal health. In recent years, with the tremendous improvement of transportation infrastructure, population movements across the country have been accelerated, but if a public health event occurs, how to respond to the emergency response in the early stage of the public health event has always been a matter of concern to many parties. The emergency response in the early stage of a public health event is based on the actual situation of the health event, and the existence of information asymmetry threatens the subsequent emergency response and the smooth progress of the corresponding management measures. This article focuses on the problem of information asymmetry in public health events.Based on the idea of evolutionary game,an evolutionary game model under the background of information asymmetry is established.Based on the calculation results of the model, the factors that affect the strategies of various game parties are analyzed.Based on the analysis results,it puts forward policy suggestions on how to avoid information asymmetry in the face of public health emergencies. This article first sorts out the relationship between various players in public health emergencies, and divides the main players and secondary players.Aiming at the problem of information asymmetry, the full text takes the main game party as the research object, and first establishes a two-party evolutionary game model of "central government and local government",and on this basis, considers the introduction of central government's policy externality benefits,Established a three-party evolutionary game model of "central government-local government-affected people".For the two-party model, this paper uses the analysis method of system dynamics, and uses Vensim_PLE software to perform numerical simulation based on system dynamics on the constructed flow stock model. Finally, combining the analysis results of the two models,on this basis, some operable measures and suggestions are proposed for the problem of information asymmetry in public health emergencies.Model calculation results and simulation model results show that in the face of information asymmetry in the emergency management process of public health emergencies and to improve the transparency of accident information, the central government can enhance the supervision and reporting of third-party information sources through measures such as material incentives Behaviors, thereby increasing the cost of information concealment by local governments and avoiding unscientific and disorderly situations in the implementation and development of subsequent health emergency response measures due to asymmetric information. To further improve China's medical and health management level, and strengthen the intelligence processing capacity in public health incidents,it lays a solid foundation for the realization of the health of the whole people in China, and thus provides a solid backing for the realization of a comprehensive well-off goal.
