With the increasing number of cancer patients, high drug prices have caused a huge burden on patients and society, and have become a problem in society.Past studies have mostly focused on the factors affecting the price of medicines, the phenomenon of "Sell medicine to support the income of doctors",or the phenomenon of "High drug prices".There is no authoritative and reasonable research on the formation mechanism of the price of high-priced anticancer drugs, and there are no clear research results to explain this phenomenon. This article takes evolutionary game theory,principal-agent theory, and expectation theory as the theoretical background, and uses newspapers selected from the CNKI full-text database of major newspapers from 2016 to 2021 as the data basis.First, through grounded theory,a model of the factors affecting the price of high-priced anticancer drugs is constructed to try to explore the game process and influencing factors of different subjects at different stages. Then use evolutionary game theory to analyze the game results in different sta ges and situations in detail. Finally, the ABM method based on evolutionary game is used to deductively reason about the influence of changes in different stages and different factors on the final behavior decision of the game player. The research found that: 1.The formation mechanism of "expensive medicines" is obtained through grounded theoretical analysis. The formation of the price of medicines is complicated and caused by a variety of factors, and not only composed of the phenomenon of "medicine for medical treatment".The main actors and influencing factors of the "supply side","use side" and "payment side" are explored, and the game process and results between the subjects at each stage eventually lead to the formation of "high-price drugs".2.Using evolutionary game analysis, the "supply side" is the game of "innovation-imitation" between duopoly enterprises, and the "use side" is the "social benefit-own benefit" between the client hospital and the agent doctor. The game of “benefit” and “reasonable-violation” decision-making,and the “paying side” is a game of “insurance-no insurance” and “provide-not privide” decision-making between the insured and commercial medical insurance providers based on prospect theory.3.Through the analysis of ABM simu lation analysis method,it is found that under the influence of different factors, different stages are prone to "difficulty in research","difficulty in medication",and "difficulty in reimbursement".4.In view of the simulation results, this article proposes corresponding governance measures at different stages. For example,in view of the difficulty in research and development,it is proposed to promote the formation of patent legislation and patent protection chain, and in response to the difficulty in use,it is proposed to improve the agency contract, etc. In summary, this article clarifies the influencing factors and formation mechanism of the price of high-priced anticancer drugs, and uses evolutionary game theory,principal-agent theory, and expectation theory to analyze the game process of different entities at different stages, and finally uses ABM simulation research based on evolutionary game to discuss the influence of different factors on the behavior decision of the game subject. The research in this paper is not only of great value for solving the problems of "difficult research","difficult medication",and "difficult reimbursement" of high-priced anticancer drugs in my country, but also for promoting the supervision of drug pri ces in my country, promoting reform of the medical and health system, and improving medical and health governance capabilities, achieving the goal of "Healthy China 2030". |
