Clinical Observation On The Effect Of The Xiehuangsan Add And Reduce On The Treatment Of Children With The Syndrome Of The SymPtoms Of SPleen And Stomach Accumulate Heat About “Quilt-off Syndrome”

Objective: This study observed the clinical effect of The Xiehuangsan add and reduce on the treatment of children with the syndrome of the symptoms of spleen and stomach accumulate heat about “quilt-off syndrome”,and provided an effective TCM syndrome differentiation treatment scheme for the cure or reduction of the incidence of “quilt-off syndrome” in children.Methods: Choose 01,2019-March 2019 and November 2019-02,2020,guangxi university of Chinese medicine in ruikang affiliated hospital of pediatrics clinics in conformity with the “quilt-off syndrome” type of children's spleen and stomach accumulate heat,a total of 66 patients,according to the principle of completely randomized controlled divided into treatment group and the control group(n = 33),control group to symptomatictreatment,the treatment group to Xiehuang powder 10 days is a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,the subjects were followed up and the efficacy was recorded,and the short-term efficacy was evaluated.At the second follow-up after 1 month,follow-up and efficacy were recorded,and long-term efficacy was evaluated.Results:(1)After intervention,the number of deactivation in the two groups was calculated: in the first follow-up,the number at night off-quilt in the treatment group was decreased to 4.0±2.52,and that in the control group was decreased to 4.71±2.39.There was no difference in the number of times at off-quilt,between the two groups(P>0.05),however,the differences between the two groups and those before intervention were statistically significant(?P??P>0.05).In the statistics of the second follow-up,the number at night off-quilt in the treatment group decreased to 2.71±2.08,which was better than that of the control group(4.53±2.53)before and during the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P2,P < 0.05).(2)In clinical symptoms improved aspects: treatment group in the follow-up for the first time symptoms always points to 3.94±1.3,fell to 3.13±1.03 in the second follow-up,and the control group during the first follow-up symptoms always points to 5.75±1.48,fell to 5.63±1.66 in the follow-up for the second time,two groups of symptoms total score in two follow-up were decreased,the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).(3)After the end of the intervention,theefficacy of the two groups was counted : The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.87%(5 cases recovered,7 cases demonstrated,14 cases effective and 5 cases ineffective),while the total efficiency of the control group was 15.63%(0 cases recovered,0 cases demonstrated,5 cases effective and 27 cases ineffective).The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).Moreover,the total effective rate(mild,moderate,severe and very severely)of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)Xiehuang powder is effective in the treatment of children with spleen and stomach heat of “quilt-off syndrome”.(2)Xiehuang powder can significantly improve the spleen and stomach heat type of children“quilt-off syndrome” clinical symptoms;(3)Xiehuang powder has good overall tolerance,less side effects and high safety in the treatment of children with spleen and stomach heat of “quilt-off syndrome”.
