Clinical Observation Of Huangqijianzhong Decoction And Xiehuang Powder In Treating Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis(Cold And Heat Intermingled Syndrome)

Objective: Based on the academic ideas of seeking cure for the disease,restraining pathogens and promoting health,and counterpoising the cold and heat,the clinical observation of huangqijianzhong decoction and xiehuang powder in the therapy of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(cold and heat intermingled syndrome)was made,and its clinical efficacy was observed.Combined with the unique structure of the medicine and prescription,we can adjust the application of the medicine diversification,finally,open up new ideas of clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:According to the judgment,72 patients who met the diagnosis of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(cold and heat intermingled syndrome)were selected from the outpatient department of professor Liu tiejun's studio,Guoyitang,Affiliated Hospital To Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They randomly divided into treatment group and contrast group,with 36 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with huangqijianzhong decoction and xiehuang powder.The contrast group was treated with jinghuaweikang capsule.After taking the medicine for 4 weeks,we can compare the differences between the two groups,such as the improvement of TCM symptoms and signs.Results:Apart from 8 cases of ruling out,33 patients in the treatment group and 31 patients in the contrast group completed the clinical study as required.As for the total effective rate:the treatment group is 87.88%,the contrast group is 77.42%.The treatment group was significantly better than the contrast group(P<0.05).As for the total scores of TCM symptoms:the treatment group is 15.79 ± 4.43 before and 4.45 ± 3.53 after,the contrast group id 16.26±3.92 before and 7.97±4.15 after.The data within and between groups were statistically treated,and all P < 0.05,showing statistical significance.In summary,huangqijianzhong decoction combined with xiehuang powder is better than the contrast group in the treatment of this disease,and the curative effect is accurate.Conclusion: Huangqijianzhong decoction and xiehuang powder is superior to jinghuaweikang capsule in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(cold and heatintermingled syndrome)in improving clinical symptoms,reducing recurrence.
