Study On TCM Syndrome Types Of Pediatric "Off-quilt Sign" By Cluster Analysis Method

Objective: To explore the TCM syndrome types and distribution law of pediatric “off-quilt sign” and to provide an objective basis for the prevention and treatment of pediatric“off-quilt sign”.Methods: This study selected in November 1,2015-January 31 st,2017 at the Guangxi University of TCM affiliated Ruikang hospital outpatient department of pediatrics clinic and ward patients and medical care for children as the object of investigation.The development of survey data,questionnaire survey of pediatric“off-quilt sign”sign in,collecting the information of four diagnostic methods according to the inclusion criteria were collected 237 cases of children were studied.Cluster analysis was carried out by spss19.0software,according to the clustering results,and then by clinical experts on the basis of professional knowledge and clinical practice are discussed,finally determine the type name.Results:The TCM syndrome types of the pediatric “off-quilt sign” were mainly due to cold and heat syndrome,heart and liver heat accumulation,spleen and stomach intrinsic heat and dysfunction of spleen in transport.1?The distribution of symptoms: The investigation of four diagnostic information,appear symptom frequency in more than 20% are well proportioned body,hand foot temperature,pale red tongue,bad breath,thin white fur,bowel shaping,sleep well,restless sleep,normal diet,loss of appetite,molar tooth,back sweat,abdominal pain,snore,thick moss,the thin white fur,forehead sweating,dry stool as hard as sheep feces like,loss of control,Hard to fall asleep,Somniloquy,reddish tongue 21 indicators.2?Dialectical points of each syndrome type:Dialectical content of syndrome of cold and heat syndrome: enuresis,cool hands and feet,dry mouth,ptyalism,easily frightened,hand and foot sweating,the partial eclipse of fatness,spicy food,sweet and sour food,slightly dry stool,the stool was rotten,sticky stool,foul stool,thick yellow greasy fur,thick white fur greasy,exfoliative fur.Dialectical content of heart and liver heat accumulation: Hard to fall asleep,night crying,somniloquy,prone to sleep,easy to wake up,loss of control,hyperactivity,bite finger,Too easy to eat hungry,reddish tongue.Dialectical content of spleen and stomach intrinsic heat: restless sleep,snore,molar tooth,abdominal pain,forehead sweating,shoulder neck sweat,back sweat,eat less,loss of appetite,dry stool as hard as sheep feces like,pale tongue,thick fur.Dialectical content of dysfunction of spleen in transport: sleep well,bad breath,well proportioned body,hand foot temperature,normal diet,bowel shaping,pale red tongue,thin white fur.3?Syndrome distribution: The TCM syndrome types of the pediatric“ off-quilt sign ” were the spleen and stomach intrinsic heat were found in79 cases,accounting for about 33.33%,a total of 69 cases of heart and liver heat accumulation,accounting for about 29.11%,There were 47 cases of dysfunction of spleen in transport,which accounted for about 19.83%.there were 42 cases of cold and heat syndrome,accounting for about 17.72%.Conclusion: The TCM syndrome types of the pediatric “off-quilt sign” were mainly due to heart and liver heat accumulation,spleen and stomach intrinsic heat,dysfunction of spleen in transport and cold and heat syndrome.There were 4 types of syndromes.Spleen and stomach intrinsic heat and heart and liver heat accumulation is the most common,followed by dysfunction of spleen in transport,cold and heat syndrome.
