Objective: In this study, penetrating acupoint embedding therapy was used to treat functional constipation.Compared with oral lactulose oral solution, the clinical efficacy and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared to provide new ideas for treatment of functional constipation. Methods: 60 patients with functional constipation who met the criteria for inclusion in this subject were recruited in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the method of randomized control experiment,it was divided into observation group(embedded threadembedding group)and control group(lactulose oral solution group)in 30 cases.Observation group embedding thread through acupuncture points, once every 10 days,3 times(one month)as a course of treatment;the control group was given 30 ml of lactulose oral solution once a day, taken at breakfast, and reduced to 20 ml after a week,A month for 1 course of treatment. Both groups of patients were treated for one course of treatment, and the efficacy was observed after the treatment, and follow-up observation was conducted 2 months after the treatment. Before and after treatment, and 2 months after the end of the course of treatment, the patient's symptom scores were observed and recorded, and the changes in clinical efficacy and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)There was no statistical difference in age, gender, course of disease, total score of symptoms before treatment and PAC-QOL score of patients before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)After one course of treatment, the needle thread embedding group and the lactulose oral solution group:(1)The total symptom scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);comparison between groups There was no difference between the two groups in improving the total score of patients' recent symptoms(P>0.05).(2)The total effective rate was 93.33% in the penetrating acupuncture point embedding group, and the total effective rate in the lactulose oral solution group was 86.67%.The comparison between the groups was P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the two groups of patients have similar short-term effects.(3)Two months after the end of the course of treatment of the needle-embedded thread-embedding group and the lactulose oral solution group:(1)The total score of symptoms in both groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);between groups In comparison, the penetrating acupuncture point embedding group is superior to the lactulose oral solution group in improving the overall scores of patients in the medium and long term(P<0.05).(2)The total effective rate of the penetrating acupuncture point embedding group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the lactulose oral solution group was 70.00%.The comparison between the groups was P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant, indicating that the two groups of patients had better long-term efficacy, and The penetrating acupoint embedding group is better than the lactulose oral solution group.(4)After treatment, the PAC-QOL scores of the two groups of patients decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared between the groups, the puncture point embedding group improved the PACThe QOL score was better than the lactulose oral solution group(P <0.05).Conclusions:(1)The clinical efficacy of penetrating acupoint embedding therapy for functional constipation is definite, and its short-term efficacy and medium-and long-term efficacy are both good.(2)Penetrating acupoint thread embedding therapy can intestine and intestines, shorten the time of defecation, improve patients' constipation symptoms, and has fewer treatment times,long-lasting efficacy, safe and reliable, and fewer adverse reactions.
