The Clinical Study About The Therapeutic Effect Of "Xing Nao Kai Qiao"("xnkq") And Point Injection For Treating The Dysphagia After Ischemic Stroke

Objective:The Clinical Study to observe and evaluation the therapeutic effect of "Xing Nao Kai Qiao"("xnkq")and point injection for treating the dysphagia after ischemic stroke,Observing the clinical curative effect is to provide a kind of more precise effective targeted treatment for dysphagia after ischemic stroke.Methods: 60 patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke were selected from the Department of Neurology,Ruikang Hospital,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It meets the diagnostic and inclusion criteria for dysphagia in ischemic stroke,Through randomized blind controlled trials,he treatment group were treated by "xnkq" and point injection,the control group were treated by "xnkq" Acupuncture,with 30 cases in each group,Wa Tian’s drinking water test,dysphagia rating scale score and Standard swallowing function evaluation method(SSA)score were used to evaluate the curative effect before and after treatment,and SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for data statistics and analysis.Results:1.Compared before and after treatment:Both the Wa Tian’s drinking test and the SSA total score decreased,and the dysphagia scores improved,It showed that the two groups of regimens could improve the functional recovery of dysphagia after ischemic stroke and had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: the treatment group’s Wa Tian’s drinking water test,the decrease in the total score of the SSA score,and the improvement in the dysphagia grading score were better than the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).3.The curative effect of this study was evaluated by the Wa Tian’s drinking water test as the reference standard.The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was better than the control group 86.67%.After the rank sum test,the difference between the total effective rates of the two experimental groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.the therapeutic effect of "Xing Nao Kai Qiao"("xnkq")and point injection for treating the dysphagia after ischemic stroke have a abetter therapeutic effect.2.the therapeutic effect of "Xing Nao Kai Qiao"("xnkq")and point injection for treating the dysphagia after ischemic stroke,It can improve the patient’s quality of life.3.the point injection is simple,cheap and worth to promote and further explore with the "xnkq" acupuncture therapy.
