Objective:This topic through clinical observation of warm acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke dysphagia, to further explore the warm acupuncture Guan Yuan, Zusanli and other points after ischemic stroke dysphagia effect, to seek effective treatment of this disease its clinical application of evidence based medicine. Methods:The January 2014-January 2015, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese acupuncture ward of 60 patients that meet the inclusion criteria, using a random number table method, into warm acupuncture group (treatment group) and acupuncture group (control group) 30 cases. Warm acupuncture group:On the basis of the treatment (regulation of blood pressure, blood sugar, improve circulation, nerve nutrition; physiotherapy), based on the acupuncture needles three main points to take brain (brain households and bilateral brain empty), three-pin tongue (tongue I pin that is on the spring clean hole, Lian Quan points on the left and right next to the open 0.8-inch needle and tongue to tongue II III needles), Guan Yuan, Zusanli, with points dialectical acupoints, moxibustion Guan Yuan main points to take the full three years (2 segments warm moxa acupuncture), the needle 30 minutes,10 minutes line pin 1, once a day from Monday to Saturday, closed on Sundays needle, were treated for 4 weeks. Acupuncture group:On the basis of the treatment on the basis of simply using acupuncture treatment, the main points to take the brain three needles, three needles tongue, Guan Yuan, Zusanli, with points dialectical acupoints, the needle 30 minutes,10 minutes line pin 1,1 day Monday to Saturday, not Sunday needle, were treated for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, respectively Kubota swallowing and dysphagia assessment method evaluation criteria to assess the efficacy of cases were observed. Results:Two groups in age, disease duration, TCM syndrome treatment showed no statistically significant difference in the ability to swallow before Kubota Rating and dysphagia assessment method evaluation criteria scoring aspect, it can be compared (P>0.05). Treatment With Kubota swallowing evaluation method was scored as follows:warm acupuncture group,16 cases markedly effective in 10 cases,4 cases, the total efficiency of 86.67%, acupuncture group 7 cases markedly effective in 16 cases, seven cases The total efficiency of 76.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), were scored by dysphagia evaluation criteria were as follows:warm acupuncture group basically cured one case, significant improvement in 10 cases, improved in 16 cases,3 cases, the total efficiency of 90%, acupuncture basic recovery 0 cases, significant improvement in 5 cases,18 cases improved,7 cases, the total efficiency of 76.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The results show warm acupuncture group was better than acupuncture. Conclusion:After the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture wards selected patients with ischemic stroke dysphagia were warm acupuncture and simple acupuncture treatment effects were observed in patients with swallowing function improved the situation. The results showed that, compared to both before and after treatment in the warm acupuncture group and acupuncture group were significantly different, can be considered a simple warm acupuncture and acupuncture are effective; after treatment with Kubota swallowing evaluation method, the evaluation criteria to evaluate the efficacy of dysphagia, Compare the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, it is considered warm acupuncture group than simple acupuncture group. Compared with simple acupuncture, warm acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke dysphagia better efficacy, more conducive to restore swallowing function, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
