The Clinical Study Of Badu Shengji Powder In The Treatment Of Sinus Purulence In Non-lactating Mastitis

Objective:To observe the effect of externally treated Badu Shengji Powder on the treatment of non-lactating mastitis with ulcerative,To explore the improvement of wound inflammation,promote the effect of pus rot off.Methods:Thirty patients with non-lactating mastitis in the late stage of ulceration were selected and randomly divided into two groupstreatment group(15 cases,rinse with normal saline,drainage of Skullcap Oil Yarn Sprinkled with Badu Shengji Powder);control group(15 cases,rinse with normal saline,drainage of Scutellaria baicalensis oil yarn).Drug change every two days,14 days for a course of treatment,two courses of treatment in each group.Clinical symptoms were recorded before treatment,D14 and D28,and the curative effect was evaluated by observational scale of clinical symptoms.Before treatment,D14 and D28 granulation tissues were taken from the wounds and the concentrations of IL-lbeta and VEGF were measured by ELISA.Results:(1)Clinical symptom scorerAfter two courses of treatment(28 days),four of the 15 patients in the treatment group recovered,seven patients showed marked effect,four patients were treated effectively,the total effective rate was 100%.Of the 15 patients in the control group,only 3 were effective,no eases were cured,the total cure rate was 20%.The total curative effect rate of treatment group and control group has statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of symptoms in D14 and D28 treatment groups decreased,statistical differences in data(P<0.05).(2)Laboratory results:The concentration of IL-1beta and VEGF in granulation tissue of breast in D14 and D28 treatment groups decreased significantly,compared with the control group,the data had statistical difference(P<0.05).(3)Safety assessment:The urinary mercury levels of D14 and D28 in the treatment group were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).Before treatment,D28 liver and kidney functions were in normal range in the treatment group.Conclusion:1.The scores of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes in the treatment group decreased significantly after two courses of treatment,the change was obviously better than that of the control group.It is suggested that the external treatment of Badu Shengji powder can effectively reduce the mass,promote the abscission of pus and relieve pain.2.The application of Badu Shengji Powder for 4 weeks belongs to the scope of safe medication and has clinical popularization value.
