Objective:The purpose of this study was to compare the changes of subjective and objective parameters of voice before and after the clinical efficacy of press-needle in the fill lung spleen treatment of vocal fatigue(Middle qi insufficiency). Its subjective indicators including vocal fatigue index scale(VFI)the integral(voice to avoid value, physical symptom, rest after improvement value),the TCM symptom scale integral, objective indicators including average fundamental frequency, range and voice fatigue index,to evaluate press the needle treatment vocal fatigue(Middle qi insufficiency)insufficient clinical curative effect,in order to enrich the clinical treatment for vocal fatigue. Methods:In this study,a single blind randomized, placebo specific design was used.A total of 40 cases of vocal fatigue(Middle qi insufficiency)patients admitted to otolaryngology outpatient department of sichuan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected for this study. All cases were clearly diagnosed according to the diagnostic standards of western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation.Subjects were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with Press-needle plus behavioral intervention, and the control group was treated with placebo Press-needle plus behavioral intervention for 20 days.Patients were examined by fiberlaryngoscopy before treatment,CRF form was filled in,and voice acoustic analysis was performed. After treatment,CRF form was again filled in,voice acoustic analysis was performed, and clinical efficacy was finally evaluated.Statistical analysis was performed after treatment. Results: 1.Vocal Fatigue Index(VFI)There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the VFI scale scores.Intra-group comparison of VFI scale scores in the experimental group showed significant difference(P < 0.05),and the post-treatment score was better than the pre-treatment score. The scores of the VFI scale in the control group were compared within the group. There was a significant difference in the improvement after rest in the VFI scale, and the score after treatment was better than that before treatment. There was no significant difference in the other two parts.2.TCM symptom scale score There was no significant difference between the test group and the control group in scores of TCM symptom scale. The scores of TCM symptom scale in the test group were significantly different(P < 0.05),and the scores after treatment were better than before treatment. No significant difference was found in the control group.3.Comparison of results of voice acoustic analysis There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the average fundamental frequency, bass range, voice fatigue index and other voice acoustic analysis parameters between the two groups, but there was significant difference between the two groups in the high-pitched range(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in mean fundamental frequency and vocal range between the two groups(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in voice fatigue index. There was significant difference in mean fundamental frequency(P < 0.05)between control group and control group, but no significant difference in tone range and voice fatigue index. Conclusion: 1.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was only statistically significant in the high-pitched range, and there was no significant difference in other evaluation indexes between the groups.Except that there was no statistical difference in the voice fatigue index in the voice acoustic analysis, the difference in other evaluation indexes was significant. In the control group, there were differences in the symptom improvement value after rest in the VFI scale and in the average fundamental frequency in the voice acoustic analysis, while there were no significant differences in other evaluation indexes.2.The higher pitch range between groups indicated that the sound control ability of patients with voice fatigue was significantly improved by acupuncture. Most of the evaluation parameters in the test group were different, indicating that the application of acupuncture in the treatment of voice fatigue was effective, but the comparison between the groups did not show obvious advantages, which may be related to many factors.3.The low sample content may be the main reason. In the later stage, the sample size needs to be increased to reduce the statistical bias of the test;Standardize the test process; To test the reliability and validity of the scale, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of voice fatigue.
