| Objective:to observe the Xiaozhong Sanjie decoction of lactation mastitis mass period treatment effect,to explore the mechanism of action.Method:Select 20 cases in accordance with the standard set of lactation mastitis patients and divided into two groups:treatment group(10 cases,taking Xiaozhong Sanjie decoction;10 cases of control group,only flat capsules.The evaluation of curative effect,after 1 month of two groups of patients compared two groups of patients' clinical symptoms and signs,inflammation factors,pathology,immunohistochemical changes,analysis and discussion.Results:1.Two groups before and after treatment of white blood cells counts:the two groups before treatment were higher than WBC count after treatment,all have statistical significance(P<0.05).White blood cell count after treatment observation group was obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).2.CRP levels before and after treatment group comparison:CRP level before treatment were higher than in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).CRP levels after treatment of observation group was obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).3.Cytokines:intervention in Chinese medicine,the treatment group patients with IL-2,IL-4,IL-6 are decreased,the drop degree is higher than the control group,the data statistically difference(P<0.05),speculation by drugs for inhibition of inflammation can control the disease progression.Conclusion:This study,according to the results of observation group after treatment monitoring the inflammation and immune factor target were significantly improved,and the improved significantly better than the control group.Speculation by inhibition of drugs on the inflammatory response to control disease progression and improve the success rate of clinical conservative treatment of the disease.Prompt Xiaozhong Sanjie decoction of lactation mastitis bump phase progress have reliable clinical value,worthy of further promotion. |
