Study On The Status And Influencing Factors Of Stroke Patients' Health Behaviors

Objective: To investigate the current situation of health behavior in stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors.To explore the relationship between the health behavior of stroke patients and the influencing factors,and to provide a reference for the construction of the secondary prevention of stroke health behavior management scheme.Methods: The cross-sectional study design and the convenience sampling method were used to investigate 330 stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria in 12 grade A hospitals in Guangdong province from May 2016 to May 2017.Using self-designed way of cerebral apoplexy patients health behavior questionnaire,Yang Hongfang revision and family support questionnaire(PSS-Fa),stroke rehabilitation self-efficacy scale(SSEQ),a modified Rankin scale,daily life activities ability to scale on the patient's health behavior,family support,self-efficacy,the patient's neurologic recovery and recovery ability of daily life activities in the investigation.SPSS21.0 was used for statistical processing of the collected data.Results :(1)The overall health behavior score of stroke patients was at a moderate level,with an average score of 66.38 ±25.46.The scores in all aspects were successively from high to low: alcohol consumption(15.61±8.29),smoking(14.83±8.7),drug taking(11.04±7.36),exercise(10.00±10.02),diet(8.73±6.12)and monitoring(8.23±6.91).(2)Univariate results showed that the health behavior scores of different gender,age,occupation,history of hypertension,history of diabetes,stroke complicated diseases,course of disease,caregiver,caregiver age,caregiver education level and family support were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Spearman correlation analysis was conducted between the total score of healthy behaviors and family support,stroke self-efficacy,m RS and BI,respectively.The results showed that family support was positively correlated with healthy behaviors.(4)Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that there were 5independent variables that finally entered the regression equation,and their contributions to the health behavior of stroke patients were,from high to low,family support,duration of disease,history of hypertension,gender and age of caregiver,which could explain 31.0% of the variation in the level of health behavior.Conclusion :(1)the overall health behavior of stroke patients is at a medium level,including better abstinence from tobacco and alcohol,medication compliance and exercise adherence at a medium level,and the lowest diet and monitoring scores.(2)Family support,stroke duration,history of hypertension,gender and caregiver age are important influencing factors on healthy behavior level of stroke patients.(3)Family support plays an important role in the establishment and maintenance of healthy behaviors.
