Investigation On Family Support And Sleep Status Of Stroke Patients In Chengdu Community And Analysis Of Related Factors

Objective: To investigate the family support and sleep status of stroke patients in chengdu community,and to explore the correlation between family support and sleep status,as well as the factors influencing family support and sleep status.To provide reference for the measures to improve the family support and sleep status of community stroke patients,and to provide baseline datas for the further study of sleep of community stroke patients.Methods: This study is a cross-sectional survey,using cluster sampling method to select 19 hospitals in chengdu community.From June 2018 to September 2019,693 stroke patients were randomly selected from the above hospitals to carry out a questionnaire survey,and the questionnaires were completed by themselves or we write their answers.The questionnaires included the self-made basic information Questionnaire,the Family Support Questionnaire(FSQ),the Athens insomnia scale(AIS),and the Activities of daily living(ADL).All questionnaires were collected on the spot,datas were input by Excel,datas were processed by SPSS17.0,quantitative data were described by means of mean ± standard deviation,Analysis of variance,t test and chi-square test were used in one-factor analysis,linear correlation and linear regression were used for influencing factor analysis and correlation analysis,and P < 0.05 was taken as the difference was statistically significant.Results: FSQ score of the 693 patients was 11.04±3.04,AIS score was 9.27±6.12,about 67.4% of the patients had high family support function,·and about 58% of the patients had sleep disorders.Among them,FSQ scores of patients with different household incomes per capita,marital status,age,companion with patient relationship,and course of disease were statistically significant.Those with high household incomes per capita,married,young age,accompanied by family members and short course of illness scored higher in family support.There were statistically significant differences in the probability of insomnia among patients with different marital status,gender,companion with patient relationship,age,course of disease,household incomes per capita,ADL score and sleep status before stroke.Among them,married,male,accompanied by family members,young age,short course of disease,high household incomes per capita,high ADL score and good sleep before stroke had a low probability of insomnia.AIS score and FSQ score were negatively correlated,FSQ score was the influencing factor of AIS score.(P < 0.05)Conclusion: The family support function of stroke patients in chengdu community is generally high,Higher household incomes per capita,Married,young,accompanied by family members,short course of illness have higher family support.Most of the patients had sleep disorders,which were considered to be caused by sleep disorders after stroke.Married,male,accompanied by family members,young age,short course of disease,high household incomes per capita,high ADL score,and good sleep before stroke had better sleep.Family support in stroke patients is closely related to sleep status,and factors that affect family support also affect sleep status.Patients with high family support have relatively good sleep status,so attention should be paid to family support to improve the sleep status of community stroke patients,in order to help better rehabilitation of community stroke patients in Chengdu.
