The Clinical Observation Of Yangxue Qingre Jiedu Decoction In Treating Recurrent Oral Ulcer With Excess Heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yangxue Qingre Jiedu decoction on recurrent oral ulcer with excess heat syndrome,so as to provide reference for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods: Sixty patients with recurrent oral ulcer who met the inclusion criteria from January2019 to January 2020 in the Department of Stomatology,First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given compound chlorhexidine Solution for gargle,and recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rh-EGF)locally.The experimental group was treated with Yangxue Qingre Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group for 7 days as a course of treatment and 3 courses of treatment,and observe and follow up for half a year.The changes of symptoms and signs after one course of treatment,the clinical efficacy after three courses of treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Before treatment,the gender,age,symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine and pain index of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed and compared.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable.(2)The clinical efficacy of the experimental group(96.67%)was better than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Comparing the TCM symptom scores before and after one course of treatment between the two groups,the improvement of TCM symptom scores in the experimental group is better than that in the control group(p<0.05).After comparing various TCM symptoms and signs before and aftertreatment,it was found that there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the number,size,congestion and burning sensation of ulcer,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the degree of ulcer exudation and edema,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Comparing the pain index of the two groups before and after treatment,it is found that both groups can relieve pain,but there is no obvious difference between the two groups in relieving pain,There was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)Statistical analysis was made on the clinical efficacy of the two groups after 3 courses of treatment.the clinical efficacy of the experimental group(86.67%)was significantly better than that of the control group(16.67%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4)No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during and after treatment.Conclusion:(1)Yangxue Qingre Jiedu Decoction can improve TCM symptoms and signs of patients with recurrent oral ulcer in the short term,especially in improving ulcer exudation,edema degree and secondary symptoms.(2)Yangxue Qingre Jiedu Decoction has good long-term effects in treating recurrent oral ulcer with excess heat syndrome.It can prolong the intermittent period of ulcer and/or reduce the number of ulcer,alleviate the pain of patients with recurrent oral ulcer to a certain extent,and improve the quality of life.(3)Yangxue Qingre Jiedu Decoction has no obvious adverse reactions in clinical application,is safe and reliable,and worthy of promotion.
