| Objective:Through comparing the traditional treatment with western medicine,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sijun Wuxian Decoction in the treatment of Allergic Rhinitis PiqiXuruo Syndrome in children,so as to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,and better guide clinical medication.Methods:The 60 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and control group,each group of 30 members.The treatment group was treated with Sijun Wuxian Decoction,and the control group with Loratadine tablets Oraled.The treatment of the two groups was observed 14 days of each course,and every group observed 2 courses,and clinical case study observation tables were collected at the first diagnosis,14 days,28 days and 30 days after the end of treatment.Starting with pretherapy and post-treatment in the group and comparison between this two groups,observe and record the changes of the main symptoms?the secondary symptoms and nasal symptoms in children.And use statistical software SpSS 23.0 for data processing,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The results of the study show that the two groups have a good treatment effect on the disease we obseved,and the treated group of the total effective rate was better than that of the control group.After four-weeks treatment,the total effective rate was 93.1%,the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine,the number of cases with good effect was 21,6 cases had general effect,and 2 cases had basically no change.In the control group,there were 8 cases with good effect,12 cases with general effect,and 7 cases without change.The effective rate of Chinese medicine treatment is 93%,and the effective rate of treatment in the contrast group is 74%.(P<0.05).2.The comparison within groups:For the main symptoms,the value of the treatment group and the control group were all less than 0.01(P<0.01),indicating that the improvement of the main symptoms in both groups was markedly effective.For the secondary symptoms,the value of the treatment group and the control group were all less than 0.05(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of the main symptoms in both groups was effective.However,the Chinese medicine treatment group has the obvious difference(P<0.01),which a significant effect in improving secondary symptoms can be seen.3.The comparison between groups:For the main symptoms,the effect of the Chinese medicine treatment group was better than that of the control group at 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),And after 4 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was similar(P>0.05).For the secondary symptoms,at both 2 weeks and 4 weeks,compared with the control group,the effect of treatment group was much better than that of the control group(P<0.05).For the nasal signs(turbinate hypertrophy),the therapeutic effects of the two groups were similar(P>0.05)at 2 weeks,but after 28 days of treatment the treated group was better than the consequence whic appeared in the control group(P<0.05).4.For the long-term efficacy evaluation:The recurrence of the children was compared 1 month after the end of treatment,and the results showed a statistical difference(P<0.05),it can be verified that the Chinese medicine treatment group is better than the group.Conclusion:Compared with loratadine tablets,Sijun Wuxian Decoction is more effective in treating Allergic Rhinitis piqiXuruo Symptom in children.lt can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of children,and the drug safety is high,which is worth using and promoting in clinic. |
