Objective:Based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the characteristics of "normal deficiency" in children's lungs, spleen and kidneys,we observed and evaluated the clinical effect of Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction on children with AR spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, and provided a reference for clinical treatment. Methods:A total of 70 AR patients were selected to visit the pediatric clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to November 2019.A total of 70 cases were included.According to the chronological order(parity),the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group, each with 35 cases. The group was treated with Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction;the control group was treated with loratadine. The two groups were treated at the same time, the course of treatment was 2 weeks. After the treatment was completed, the efficacy evaluation criteria were compared and the data were collected for statistical analysis using SPSS software. Results:Baseline evaluation: There were no significant differences in the gender, age, degree of illness, duration of disease, and various disease scores between the two groups of children before treatment(p> 0.05),all of which were comparable.Efficacy evaluation: After treatment, the effective rate in the test group was 87.5%,and the effective rate in the control group was 82.4%.After the test, the P value was higher than 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.Main symptoms: The two groups have significant effects on the four main symptoms(p <0.05),and the test group is better than the control group in improving nasal congestion(P <0.05).In terms of secondary symptoms: both groups have significant effects on the improvement of secondary symptoms(p <0.05).The experimental group is better than the control group in improving eye itching and reducing nasal secretions(p <0.05).There is no statistics on the remaining indicators.Significance of learning, suggesting that the effect is comparable. In terms of TCM syndromes, the two groups had significant effects on improving activity reduction, diet, and urination(p <0.01);the control group had no significant effects on improving chills, stool problems, and abnormalities of the tongue(p> 0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving chills, diet, stool,an d abnormalities in the tongue.Safety evaluation: Including dropout cases,no significant adverse reactions were found in the two groups using the above treatment regimen.Conclusion:1.Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction has significant effect on children with AR spleen and kidney yang deficiency.2.Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction is better than loratadine alone in improving nasal congestion, itchy eyes and nasal secretions.3.Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction has significantly better TCM syndrome scores than loratadine.4.The use of Jiawei Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis is safe and effective, and no related side effects have been found during observation.
