Clinical Study On Qu Feng Hua Tan Decoction In The Treatment Of Atopic Cough With The Syndrome Of Wind Phlegm Retaining Lung

Objective:To observe the effect of Qu Feng Hua Tan decoction on the general symptoms and tlgE of atopic cough with wind phlegm retaining lung before and after treatment,and to evaluate its clinical effect on atopic cough with wind phlegm retaining lung.Method:60 patients with atopic cough,which belong to wind phlegm retaining lung,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases which in the treatment group,were given Qu Feng Hua Tan decoction(zhi ma huang 5 g,ku xing ren 6g,zhe bei mu 12g,sheng gan cao 6g,chan tui 6g,qian hu 12g,chen pi 6gjing jie 6g,fang feng 6g,she gan 6g,jie geng 8g,kuan dong hua 8g,he zi rou 12g,mai dong 15g,zhi bai bu 10g,concurrently Qi deficiency:add fu ling 15g,chao bai zhu 15g,chao shan yao 15g;concurrently Yin deficiency:add xuan shen 15g,wu mei 8g,nan sha shen 15g;concurrently Yang deficiency:add yin yang huo 12g,shan yu rou 12g;decoction with water,twice/day);30 cases in the control group were treated with loratadine tablets(10mg,once/time before bedtime),and they were all treated for a month(one course).To observe the main and accompanying symptoms,tIgE levels of patients before and after treatment,and use SPSS to analyze the collected data and evaluate the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:Both groups can improve the symptoms of patients with atopic cough and reduce the level of serum total IgE.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the two groups was 96.7%,the overall effect was statistically different(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the total score of primary and secondary symptoms(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in improving the scores of each symptom(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qu Feng Hua Tan decoction has a good effect on atopic cough with wind phlegm retaining lung,It can reduce the serum tIgE level of patients,and is superior to the western medicine control group in the overall efficacy,reducing the total score of main symptoms and secondary symptoms.
