Clinical Research On Treating Laryngeal Cough With Shu-Feng-Li-Yan Decoction

Objective: Observation of the pharynx prescription wind decoction "in the treatmentof the wind in harassment, and made the throat type throat source sex cough, before andafter treatment for the improvement of symptoms and signs compare, affected the formulaeof treatment related factors of statistical analysis, further explore Chinese medicinetreatment in the wind and harassment, making the throat type throat source sex of thetheoretical connotation and the disease cough medicine clinical treatments more effectivemethod.Methods: in our hospital from April2010to March2011the treatment of60casesof qualified clinical data of patients with laryngeal cough, will be divided into two groups,treatment group30cases,30cases of the control group, the treatment group give breezethe Shu-Feng-Li-Yan decoction treatment，the control group HaiNing may give existingtreatments.Results: The treatment group and control group for dry throat, pharynx itchysymptoms are valid,the treatment group was better than that of control group,and theeffective rate was93.3%in treatment group and control group in effective rate was73.3%,the curative effect of treatment group was better than control.The statistical analysis (P <0.01) are statistically significant difference between the two groups.Two groups of patientsin the treatment of adverse event did not happen.Conclusion: Shu-Feng-Li-Yan decoctionthat can xuan-fei-shu-feng and li-qi-zhi-ke is the treatment of lung and wind made thethroat source sex of cough an effective agent.
