Clinical Study On Treatment Of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome(Wind Sputum Attack Lung Type)by Self-Designed Xinyi Chenpi Decoction

Objective: By using mentor from magnolia flower dried tangerine or orange peel on the soup to treat airway cough syndrome(wind phlegm on lung type)of the patients,observe the clinical safety and efficacy,and from the aspects of Chinese medicine theory to discuss the lily magnolia to mentor the dried tangerine or orange peel soup to make a diagnosis and give treatment on the mechanism of action of airway cough syndrome(analysis of drugs,and then do the use of traditional Chinese herb tea to improve the clinical syndrome of patients with this disease.Methods: Choose 72 cases of type wind phlegm on lung on airway cough syndrome patients as test object,of 72 test cases will be selected by using the method will be random divided into taking from magnolia flower dried tangerine or orange peel decoction treatment group and take orange phlegmy cough fluid of the control group(n = 36,the treatment group to give teachers the lily magnolia decoction oral dried tangerine peel,150 ml each time,2times a day,and the control group given proprietary Chinese medicine orange phlegm cough oral fluid,usage for every 10 ml of profess to convinced,3 times a day,the test cycle is 2weeks.In this study,by comparing the changes of TCM clinical syndrome points before and after medication between the two groups of patients,the data were statistically analyzed,so as to illustrate the clinical efficacy of xinyi chenpi decoction prepared by the tutor.Results: Before the experiment,the age,gender and basic conditions of the two test groups were statistically compared,and the result showed that the p value was greater than0.05.Therefore,it could be considered that there was no significant difference in the age and gender of the two groups before the experiment,which would not affect the experiment result,and the normal experiment could be carried out.After the test,take the magnolia flower dried tangerine or orange peel decoction group of patients with TCM syndrome total score was4.250±4.218,taking orange patients syndromes of phlegm cough fluid group total score was7.556± 6.185,taking magnolia flower dried tangerine or orange peel soup with patients taking orange phlegm cough fluid of patients after curative effect comparison of syndromes,found that taking magnolia flower dried tangerine or orange peel soup total effective rate was88.889%,taking orange phlegmy cough fluid of patients with the total effective rate was80.556%,and between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: To mentor the magnolia flower dried tangerine or orange peel soup on the treatment of wind phlegm type on lung airway cough syndrome of the patient's clinical curative effect,especially for the clinical symptoms of nasal drops of flu and pharyngeal adhesion after feeling,pharyngeal itching,cough symptoms based on airway cough syndrome patients improved,compared with other drugs has its own advantages and characteristics.The clinical safety of this prescription is reliable and worthy of further study and promotion in clinical practice.
