Myogenic Cuyu-cream Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Simple Low Anal Fistula Wound Healing

Objective: In this review, with a contrast observation between the Myogenic Cuyu-Cream gauze and simple Vaseline gauze treatment after simple low anal fistula operation, we assess the effect of Myogenic Cuyu-Cream on the clinical efficacy of simple low anal fistula wound healing and demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of Myogenic Cuyu-Cream on simple low anal fistula therapyMethods: In this study, the 120 patients in line with the standard of simple low anal fistula are from Dong'e County People's Hospital, Liaocheng, Shandong Province, during the period between September 2013 and September 2015. Among the patients, there are 97 males and 23 females who are aged 18-60. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the contrast group with each group 60 cases. The two groups are all patients with subarachnoid anesthesia downlink low simple anal fistula incision operation. The treatment group was given Myogenic Cuyu-Cream topical ointment gauze dressing once a day and the control group,topical Vaseline gauze dressing once a day on the basis of the same other conventional treatments. We comprehensively assess the clinical efficacy and summarize the results by detecting the postoperative wound pain and exudate in seven days, postoperative wound granulation tissue growth on the 3rd,7th,10 th day, the changes of the longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter of the incision wounds in 7 days and 14 days, the wound healing rate, healing time and newborn epithelium time in 21 days and 28 days and other indicators.Results: Studies have shown that with the same age, sex, surgical procedures, duration, the original incision area and other conventional treatments, the treatment group is better than the contrast group in relieving postoperative wound pain after surgery and promoting wound healing( P <0.05), which is statistically significant. With no adverse reactions, Myogenic Cuyu-Cream is very safe and worthy of promotion and application.Conclusion: Myogenic Cuyu-Cream has the function of " Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, removing putrid tissues, promoting the growth of new tissues, benefiting qi and detoxification analgesic". The effectiveness and practicality of Myogenic Cuyu-cream for the treatment of simple low anal fistula is far superior to the control group.
