Eczema is an inflammatory reactive skin disease with obvious tendency to exudate caused by a variety of internal and external factors.The disease is itchy,persistent,and repetitive,and it has a certain negative impact on the patient's life,mood,and psychology.At present,Western medical treatment is limited,mainly using systemic treatment,local treatment,physical treatment and basic treatment,etc.The efficacy is not ideal and there are certain risks.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of eczema.It has rich clinical experience and definite curative effect,but lacks evidence of evidence-based research.Many experienced parties urgently need to verify and promote the use of evidence-based medical research.Long Tufang is a commonly used prescription of Professor Pi Xianming of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of spleen-deficiency and dampness-type eczema.Long Tufang is a commonly used prescription of Professor Pi Xianming of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of spleen-deficiency and dampness-type eczema.It has obvious curative effects in improving the skin lesion symptoms and area and itching of patients with spleen-deficiency and dampness-type eczema.Eliminates the dampness and heat of Sanjiao,relieves the evils of wind,dampness and heat in the surface.It has the functions of nourishing dry soil,nourishing blood and moisturizing,and calming wind and itching.However,there is a lack of clinical efficacy and safety research on its treatment of spleen-deficiency dampness-type eczema.This topic aims to study the clinical efficacy and safety of Longtufang in the treatment of spleen-deficiency dampness-type eczema,so as to provide a basis for its clinical promotion and application.This thesis is mainly divided into two parts:clinical research and literature review.Clinical research part:Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Longtufang in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness-type eczema.Method:Test group:Longtufang decoction orally(twice a day)+Mometasone furoate cream external application(twice a day);control group:Ebastine tablets(one tablet before bedtime)+furoic acid Mometasone cream applied externally(twice a day).The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and the patient's skin lesion area,skin lesion severity and itching were recorded at 0,1,2,3,and 4 weeks of treatment,and the quality of life index(DLQL)score and blood routine before and after treatment were recorded.Examination of liver and kidney function and urine routine,and also record the adverse reactions during the treatment and the recurrence of patients who recovered after 1 month of withdrawal.Results:Eighty-five patients with spleen-deficiency dampness-type eczema were enrolled,one case fell off,and 84 cases completed the experiment.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the treatment group after 1,2,3,and 4 weeks of treatment,the lesion area score,the lesion severity score,the EASI score,and the VAS score compared with before treatment(P<0.05);the experimental group Compared with the control group after 4 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in the patient's skin lesion area score,skin lesion severity score,EASI score,VAS score,DLQI score,and recovery rate(P<0.05)and the test group It is better than the control group;there is a significant difference in the relapse rate between the test group and the control group after 1 month of recovery(P<0.05),and the test group ~Ii~Vs lower than the control group;the test group and the control group are not significant in terms of safety Sex difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Longtufang has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness type eczema,which can effectively improve the patient's skin lesion area,skin lesion symptoms,itching and improve the patient's quality of life.It is an effective prescription for treating spleen deficiency and dampness type eczema;?Long Compared with Ebastine tablets for treating spleen-deficiency and dampness-type eczema,the cure rate of Tufang is significantly improved and there is a significant difference(P<0.05);?Long Tufang is safe for treating eczema and can reduce the recurrence rate of patients.Promotion and use.Literature review section:Summary 1:It mainly introduces the overview of Chinese medicine research on eczema,including the history of Chinese medicine for eczema,the etiology and pathogenesis of eczema,and the overview of Chinese medicine treatment of eczema.Summary 2:It mainly introduces the overview of western medicine research on eczema,including the etiology and pathogenesis of eczema and the overview of western medicine treatment of eczema.
