How to do a good job in compensation management is the content of modern enterprise management,which has been concerned by the society.With the establishment and gradual improvement of China's socialist market economy,compensation management has made great progress in theory and practice.The ultimate strategic goal of enterprise development is to maximize the enterprise value,pay attention to the reform and innovation of enterprise compensation management system,and establish a scientific and reasonable compensation management system,so as to effectively realize the development and management of enterprise human resources.Founded in 2014,P company is a private dental hospital.With the increase of service projects,the continuous growth of business,the gradual improvement and growth of the company's organizational structure,the defects of the company's salary management system are becoming more and more obvious.The company is facing difficulties such as no recruitment,no retention,and high human cost,which has seriously hindered the company's healthy development It is a threat to maintain market competitiveness,so it is urgent to optimize P company's salary management system.This paper takes P company as the research object,analyzes the current situation of P company's salary management by understanding its organizational structure,staff composition,post setting and specific salary management system,combining with the relevant salary management theories such as incentive health dual factor theory,demand level theory and social comparison theory,and adopting the research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and literature review This paper analyzes the problems existing in the company's salary management,such as imperfect salary management system,unscientific post rank distribution,imperfect salary adjustment rules,unbalanced salary structure of employees,inadequate reward and punishment,and unreasonable composition of salary and welfare.Based on the further analysis of the problems in company P,this paper adopts the method of problem cause analysis,which is based on scientificity,enforceability and poor performance According to the principle of heterosexuality and economic applicability,the optimization program of P company's salary management system is established,the optimization program of P company's salary management system is designed systematically,and the salary optimization program suitable for private dental hospital is designed emphatically.The composition and system construction of the salary are adjusted,the differential comprehensive salary is formulated according to the post content,and the performance oriented performance is established The assessment method enriches P company's salary management system,and puts forward measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the program.It is hoped that this study can make a practical improvement and optimization of P company's salary management system,help P company stabilize its staff,consolidate its corporate culture,improve its staff's work enthusiasm and subjective initiative,break through the bottleneck of human resource management,and improve P company's market competitiveness.At the same time,I hope that this study can help small and medium-sized enterprises with similar problems to solve the related compensation management problems,and promote small and medium-sized enterprises to become bigger and stronger.
