With the continued advance of the reform of the medical and health services, public hospitals face "to the government of the management mode and comprehensive secondary hospital in tertiary hospitals and private hospitals under the double flank, facing the new competition situation. The traditional salary management has a lot of limitations, no longer adapt to the new form of development, if not given enough attention, will seriously affect the hospital’s talent structure, market competitiveness and sustainable development.Through of second level hospitals in China’s coastal cities a public comprehensive compensation incentive management issues, using the method of questionnaire, empirical study and logic analysis and theoretical research combined, to f hospital compensation incentive management status, for example, analysis of salary management status and existing problems, proposed the establishment of a new compensation incentive system, to reasonable compensation incentive employee potential, for hospital and society to create the most value. Article text is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the research background and significance, analyzes the current situation of domestic and international salary incentive management, and determines the research content and methods;The second part elaborates the concept of salary and salary management, and then discusses the related contents of the compensation incentive in medical institutions, and discusses the characteristics and principles of the compensation incentive management system;The third part introduces the situation of F hospital, through the questionnaire survey results, to explore the problems in the salary incentive of public hospitals, and from the perspective of multi angle analysis of the causes of the problem;The fourth part on F hospital compensation incentive management system of job analysis and job design, job analysis and evaluation according to f on the current situation of the hospital, explore f hospital compensation incentive management improvement strategies, looking to incentive compensation of active employees, promote public hospitals under the background of the reform of the health and sustainable development.The fifth part is the implementation of the compensation incentive system, including the implementation of the new salary system may be encountered in the implementation of the classification and the implementation of the necessary measures.This paper aims to enterprise management was applied to explore the methods of the present stage public hospital compensation problem,draw a perfect f hospital compensation and incentive system to establish the methods and suggestions, and I hope to help the development of the reform under the background of the secondary general hospital.
