With the rapid development of modern new economy,the importance of knowledge economy is becoming more and more obvious.In such a large environment,the performance of contemporary economic organizations and their core competitiveness are quietly changing.Among them,human resources Of the management occupies a dominant position,its success or not directly affects the future development of enterprises and institutions,enterprises can stand out in the fierce market competition,as well as the core competitiveness of enterprises and brand building,at the same time,The future of health,orderly development also plays an important role in promoting.Since performance appraisal plays a very important role in human resource management in today's units,it plays a very important role in many aspects such as human resource development,company pay management,company strategy management and company strategy formulation.Obviously,the performance appraisal has become an important management tool of the hospital human resources department,which can effectively help the hospital to enhance the performance of the organization and the individual.Then,how to perfect and innovate the existing performance appraisal index system of A Chinese medicine clinic,Objectively and rationally evaluating the work of department and staff is a topic that managers of A Chinese medicine outpatient department should seriously face.In this thesis,A Chinese medicine clinic as the research object,in accordance with the modern management tools,human resource management theory,basic knowledge,comprehensive application of scientific analysis methods.Through a comprehensive analysis of the performance of A Chinese medicine clinics,and then find the root of the problem;Next,then the performance management tools(including the KPI method,balanced scorecard method)accurately applied to A Chinese medicine clinic,Through the optimization and design of the performance evaluation before the index system,and then establish a scientific,rational and comprehensive performance appraisal system;In addition,the overall performance of the optimized performance appraisal system conducted an objective and accurate assessment of the future need to work hard The place also made a note.It is hoped that the performance appraisal index system set forth in this paper canprovide reference cases and practical guidance for the performance evaluation of other similar hospitals in our country while promoting the performance management and assessment of outpatient department of A Chinese medicine.
