It is stated that in 2012,260 million people were diagnosed with chronic diseases in China,resulting in deaths accounting for 85% of the total number of deaths in China,and resulting in a disease burden accounting for 70% of the total disease burden in China's chronic disease prophylaxis and treatment work plan(2012-2015).In 2020,the elderly population in China will reach 240 million.Many factors such as the blowout situation of chronic diseases in China and the rapid development of population aging have led to aggravation of the severe situation of health management.The long-term inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine has formed the health concept of “treatment without disease,and the simple and cheap treatment costs less,and comprehensive treatment,and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation”,which fully reflects the advantages of Chinese health management.However,whether it is from the number of Chinese medicine institutions and the number of personnel,or the number of beds in the department of Chinese medicine,the number of emergency treatment patients,and the number of discharged patients,the Chinese medicine service is in a dilemma that does not match its characteristic advantages.The long-term underestimation of the value of Chinese medicine services is one of the important factors that makes it difficult for Chinese medicine health management to play.To truly realize the maximization of the effectiveness of Chinese medicine health management,we must reconstruct a scientific and complete value compensation system.Therefore,based on the comprehensive research on the theoretical research and practical experience of traditional Chinese medicine chronic disease management at home and abroad,and combined with the actual situation in China,this paper finds out many internal and external problems in the discovery of value compensation for Chinese medicine health management,which mainly include such factors as: unreasonable pricing of the project,insufficient financial compensation,supportive strategies for medical insurance,and instability of the external environment.According to the current problems of value compensation in Chinese medicine health management,the author comprehensively uses the methods of expert interview,policy analysis,field research,economic analysis and other methods to study the construction of a scientifically complete value compensation system for Chinese medicine health management,which aims at improving the internal and external environment for the development of Chinese medicine health management,and truly assisting the value of Chinese medicine health management returns to reality,and making it truly effective for the “Healthy China” and“Health for All”.The value compensation system of Chinese medicine health management researched and constructed mainly includes internal support system: methods and measures such as adjusting project pricing,strengthening financial compensation,and improving the support policies of medical insurance.The external supporting system mainly includes: the adjustment of the talent training mode,the development of the construction of Chinese medicine culture,and the adjustment of the construction of the Chinese medicine system.Finally,the paper summarizes the implementation strategies of health management from the perspective of value compensation,and points out the shortcomings of the research.The realization of Chinese medicine health management is a systemic problem that requires the joint efforts of the whole society to truly realize the concept of "emphasis on both Chinese and Western medicine" and jointly promote the health of the whole society,which is the vision of this article.
