Clinical Observation Of Chuanhong Apoplexy Capsule On Convalescence Of Cerebral Infarction (Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the effect of Chuanhong Stroke Capsule on patients with cerebral infarction convalescence(blood stasis syndrome).Methods:72 stroke patients who met the requirements of this trial were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of visits,each group 36 cases.The control group took aspirin enteric-coated tablets,(first treatment group,then control group)treatment group on the basis of oral aspirin enteric-coated tablets given Chuanhong stroke capsule.a 1-month clinical trial study and a 6-month follow-up.the patient proportion and BI score of the first month mRS score,BI score,TCM syndrome factor diagnosis score change,the patient proportion and BI score of the sixth month mRS score(0~1)and(0 and 2)were taken as the curative effect view Indicators.By using the SPSS to analyze the data,the curative effect of Chuanhong apoplexy capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence(blood stasis syndrome)was investigated.Results:1 One month after treatment,the BI score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00±16.09 VS.67.27±13.58,P<0.05).2.One month after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of control group(88.57%VS.72.73%,P<0.05),which indicated that Chuanhong apoplexy capsule could improve the curative effect.The score of blood stasis syndrome was lower than that of control group(13.83±8.38 VS.18.88±10.37,P<0.05),which shows that Chuanhong Stroke Capsule can relieve the clinical symptoms of stroke by removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.3.The sixth month follow-up,the proportion of patients with the mRS score of treatment group in the range of 0~2 was higher than that of the controlgroup(74.29%VS.48.49%,P<0.05),indicating that Chuanhong Stroke capsule group had more advantages in improving the degree of disability.The proportion of patients with mRS score between 0~1 was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The sixth month follow-up,the proportion of patients with score ? 75 in treatment group was higher than that in the control group(77.14%VS.51.52%,P<0.05).The proportion of patients with score ? 85 in treatment group was higher than that in the control group(62.86%VS.36.36%,P<0.05),which shows that Chuanhong Stroke Capsule group wassuperior to the control group in improving daily life ability.The proportion of patients with BI score ?95 was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The use of Chuanhong apoplexy capsule in patients with ischemic stroke and blood stasis syndrome can reduce the degree of disability,alleviate the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the ability of daily life,which has a significant advantage compared with the treatment of simple western medicine.
