Balanced Muscular Tension Needling Method With Shenqifutan Capsule Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction Recovering From Clinical Observation

Objective:To investigate balanced muscular tension needing method and shenqifutan capsule alone or combined comparing three treatments clinical curative effect,providing a standardized,effective and viable treatment options for the disease card.Methods:90patients who meet the CI criteria sequentially by treatment for the1-90numbers, with random number table, which were randomly divided into acupuncture group,traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture medicine group of30cases. Three groups were treatment30courses. Investigate the score of Modified Ashworth,simplified Fugl-Meyer,Brunstrom hemiplegia and motor function assessment, Modified BI index assessment, and TCM syndrome integral evaluation of treating cerebral thrombosis(CI) by balanced muscular tension needling method and shenqifutan capsule alone or combined comparing three treatments clinical curative effect.Results:1.Three groups of patients CSS score and TCM syndrome score decreased after treatment, improved BI index increased to improve the ADL, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01) compared with before treatment, indicating that the three groups can reduce muscle tension, improve the clinical symptoms of patients with CIand quality of life.2. After treatment, CSS score, improved BI index, and clinical efficacy of acupuncture group, traditional Chinese medicine group compared with acupuncture medicine group differences were statistically significant (P <0.05, P<0.01), the acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05, P<0.01), indicating that the improvement of the three indicators of the CI patients in acupuncture medicine group than group acupuncture group, acupuncture group than group traditional Chinese medicine group.3. TCM symptomatic efficacy of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment difference and treatment of acupuncture group, traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture medicine group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01), traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group difference also was statistically significant(P<0.01), indicating that in reducing the TCM syndrome score and improve Chinese medicine symptom efficacy in acupuncture medicine group than traditional Chinese medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine group is better than acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Three methods can reduce muscle tension, improve the clinical symptoms, the quality of life and the clinical efficacy of CI patients.2. Balanced muscular tension needling method in improving patients with spastic paralysis clinical symptoms, lower CSS score increased, modified Barthel index, improve the patients’ daily life ability is superior to the level of pure Chinese medicine group. Shenqifutan capsule to improve TCM syndrome scores of qixuxueyu syndrome patients,the integral evaluation is superior to simple acupuncture group.3. Acupuncture medicine group to reduce muscle tension and remission of qixuxueyu syndrome of CI patients, improve the clinical efficacy better than acupuncture group, or traditional Chinese medicine group, and no side effects and is worthy of promotion.
