Clinical Observation Of Xiaoxuming Decoction In The Convalescence Of Wind-phlegm-stasis Type Stroke(Cerebral Infarction)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of xiaoxuming decoction on the convalescence of wind-phlegm-stasis type stroke(cerebral infarction)Methods:This study adopts the method of case series studies randomly selected 30 cases of wind-phlegm-stasis type stroke(cerebral infarction)in patients with convalescence,give xiaoxuming decoction treatment of 4 weeks,with TCM syndrome integral,NIHSS scores and ADL scores for the curative effect,records and statistics compared to patients in the treatment of TCM syndrome before and after the change of the integral,NIHSS scores and ADL scores,to observe the curative effect of xiaoxuming decoction in the convalescence of wind-phlegm-stasis type stroke(cerebral infarction)Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,statistical software was used to verify and analyze that the TCM syndrome score of the patients was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Among the 30 patients after treatment,6 showed highly effective,19 were effective,and 5 were ineffective.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome score after treatment was 83.3%Changes in NIHSS scores of patients before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.001).Changes in ADL scores of patients before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.001).Improvement in dependence degree of patients before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.001)Conclusion:Xiaoxuming decoction can improve the TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score and ADL score of the convalescent patients with wind-phlegm-stasis type stroke(cerebral infarction),and has a good curative effect.
