Clinical Observation Of External Application Of Golden Cream In The Treatment Of Early Gluteal Carbuncle

Objective: To study the clinical application of golden cream in the treatment of initial gluteal carbuncle,in order to objectively evaluate the effectiveness,safety and practicability of golden cream in the treatment of initial gluteal carbuncle through the observation of the clinical efficacy of golden cream external application in the treatment of initial gluteal carbuncle,and to standardize the technical operation method and form the technical operation standard and application scheme which can be popularized and applied on this basis.Methods: 90 patients with early gluteal carbuncle who met the criteria and had no treatment taboo were randomly divided into three groups: one treatment group and two control groups,and the sample size of the three groups was 30:30:30.Treatment group :alcohol cotton ball was given to the skin around the lesion,iodophor cotton ball was given to wipe the lesion area,after cleaning,Jinhuang ointment was evenly applied to the affected area(beyond the lesion range of 2cm,covering thickness was 1cm),and covered and bandaged with aseptic gauze.The control groups: the skin around the lesion was wiped with alcohol cotton ball,and the lesion area was wiped with iodophor cotton ball,after cleaning,the control group 1 was given Sanhuang ointment and the control group 2 was given Mupiroxing ointment(hundred states).The affected area(beyond the lesion scope 2cm,the coverage thickness was 1cm),and covered with aseptic gauze.From the day of treatment,the change of dressing began once a day for a total of 10 days,and before the daily change of dressing,the patient was asked about the degree of pain,swelling and burning feeling,and the range,skin color and ask if there are adverse reactions.Before and after treatment,the pain score,swelling degree,range,burning feeling,skin color score and whether there were adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group were observed and recorded in detail.The changes of blood leukocytes before and after treatment were analyzed statistically,and the overall curative effect was judged.Results: Through the data analysis of age and sex of the three groups,it wascalculated that there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in pain degree,swelling degree,burning feeling,range size and skin color(P<0.05).The results showed that the degree of pain,sw elling,burning,range and skin color in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment.Conclusion: The clinical effect of Jinhuang ointment in the treatment of early gluteal carbuncle is obvious,and it is safe,effective and solid.Through the clinical application research,Jinhuang ointment can be widely used and popularized in the treatment of gluteal carbuncle in the early stage.
