Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Breast Carbuncle With The Large Blue Cream Tuina

Objective: to observe the large blue cream tuina therapy breast carbuncle (acutemastitis) the clinical curative effect of early. Method: to comply with the conditions of60patients with early breast carbuncle, according to time sequence, random1:1divided intotreatment group and control group, each group30cases. The treatment group adopted thegreen oil I have anointed the treatment; Control group using conventional tuina therapy,were recorded before and after treatment in patients with symptoms of integral and thewhite blood cell count, statistical analysis, the observed differences between two groups ofcurative effect.Results: two groups of treatment curative effect in the improvement ofsymptoms were very significant (P＝0.000＜0.01); No difference between the twogroups of main symptoms after treatment (P＝0.769＞0.05). White blood countbefore and after treatment in both groups had significant difference, the treatment group (P＝0.006＜0.01) has a very significant difference, the control group (P＝0.043＜0.05) significant differences; White blood cell count after treatment in both groups havesignificant difference (P＝0.017＜0.05). Compare two groups of patients withtreatment have obvious difference (P＝0.022＜0.05). Two groups after treatment thetotal curative effect of patients was100%, the Ridit analysis, no obvious difference (P＝0.687＞0.05), no statistical significance. Conclusion: large blue cream tuina with conventional tuina in the treatment of early breastcarbuncle, can obviously improve the main symptoms of patients, reduce the white bloodcell count, but the big blue cream tuina in terms of duration, reduce the white blood cellcount is superior to the conventional tuina, that big blue cream tuina therapy early breastcarbuncle is worthy of clinical application.
