| Research purposes:This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of self-made traditional Chinese medicine cream of Dongzhimen Hospital Breast Disease and Ruyijinxuan Powder,which is widely used clinically,and to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Chinese herbal cream on phlegm and stasis of phlegm.The curative effect provides a new research idea and a certain reference value for the clinical treatment of phlegm stasis in the future.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2018,the Department of Maternal Medicine of Dongzhimen Hospital was selected to meet the diagnosis criteria of acute mastitis in early Western medicine and Chinese medicine during the stasis of depressive period in Chinese medicine.A total of 60 cases that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly assigned to Treatment and control groups.Treatment group:self-made Chinese herbal cream external application method and row of milk.Control group:Ruyi Jinxuan topical application and row of milk.The treatment course was 5 days,and the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Chinese herbal cream in the treatment of stagnation-stage chyluria was evaluated by comparing the improvement of breast pain,breast mass dissipation,breast milk discharge,body temperature recovery,and TCM symptom improvement before and after treatment in both groups.Sexual effects.Results:?General Information:There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the age,breast-feeding time,initial production,nipple breakage,and breast surgery history between the two groups.?Comparison of breast pain relief:Both groups had a significant decrease in pain score before and after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The scores of breast pain before and after treatment in the treatment group were(6.27±1.05)points,(1.10±1.21)points,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The scores of breast pain before and after treatment in the control group were:(5.93±)1.23)points(1.97±1.38)points,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the breast pain scores of the treatment group and the control group were ranked and tested,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.?The comparison of curative effect of breast mass dissipated:The maximum diameter of breast lumps before and after treatment in both groups decreased,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The maximum diameters of breast lumps before and after treatment in the treatment group were:(4.28±0.74)cm,(1.08±0.75)cm,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the maximum diameters of breast lumps before and after treatment in the control group were:(4.00)± 0.81)cm,(1.52±0.68)cm,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The maximum diameter of breast lumps after treatment in the treatment group and the control group was tested by the rank sum test,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.?Efficacy comparison of breast milk excretion:Both groups had improved milk excretion,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Before and after treatment,the milk excretion integrals in the treatment group were(1.47±0.63)points,(0.33±0.48)points,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The milk excretion scores before and after treatment in the control group were:(1.43±0.68)Scores(0.70± 0.60)points,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After the treatment group and the control group,the milk excretion integrals were tested by the rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.?Comparison of body temperature recovery:Both groups returned normal body temperature after treatment.The body temperature before and after treatment in the treatment group was(38.01±0.62)?,(36.67±0.35)?,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;the body temperature of the control group before and after treatment was(37.70±0.84)?,(36.79).±0.24)?,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The temperature returned to normal after treatment in the treatment group and the control group was 20 cases and 18 cases in 24 hours,and 8 cases and 9 cases in 24-48 hours,and 2 cases and 3 cases in 48 hours.The two groups were tested by Chi-square test,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.?Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:The treatment group and the control group both improved TCM symptoms,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the treatment group were:(6.43±2.99)points,(0.97±0.89)points,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant;the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the control group were:(6.70±)3.74)points,(2.07± 1.51)points,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The TCM syndrome scores after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were tested by the rank sum test,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.?Comparison of total effective rate:30 patients in the treatment group recovered 15 cases(50%),markedly effective in 11 cases(27%),effective in 4 cases(13%),invalid in 0 cases(0%),and the total effective rate was 100%.In the control group of 30 patients,6 cases(20%)were cured,12 cases(40%)were markedly effective,8 cases(27%)were effective,4 cases(13%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87%.Research conclusions:Research conclusions:This study compares the effects of breast pain relief,breast mass dissipation,milk excretion,body temperature recovery,and the improvement of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups and analyzes the following conclusions:?Self-made Chinese herbal cream combined with manual breast milk for the treatment of phlegm stagnation,the curative effect is affirmative.?Homemade Chinese herbal cream is superior to Ruyi Golden Powder in relieving breast pain,dissipating breast lumps,improving milk excretion,and improving TCM syndromes.?There was no significant difference in the efficacy of self-made Chinese herbal cream group and Ruyijin scattered group in the recovery of body temperature.However,Chinese medicine treatment eliminates the use of antibiotics and has positive social and medical value.?The self-made Chinese herbal cream is based on phlegm-resistance and phlegm-resolving treatment.It has obvious curative effect on the stagnation of chylous stasis,and is easy to operate and has high safety.It has certain clinical application and promotion value. |
