| Objective : Discuss the clinical effect of Shipixiaoshui Cream Formula external application treatment on Primary cancer ascites.Methods:There are 63 cases of primary liver cancer patients with ascites who are included in the standard were randomly divided into treatment group(conventional western medicine treatment + Shipixiaoshui Cream Formula External)with 31 cases and control group(conventional western medicine therapy)with 32 cases,treatment for 10 days.Evaluate the mend matters of clinical common symptoms of the patients in two groups,such as ascites depth,ascites curative effect,living quality,KPS score,average urine volume in 24 hours,abdominal girth,and weight.Results:(1)There are statistics differences(P<0.05)existing in the differential comparison of ascites depth in the two groups before and after treatment as well as the post-treatment comparison among groups;which indicates that the efficacy of treatment group in improving ascites depth is superior to control group.(2)There are statistics differences(P<0.05)existing in the post-treatment comparison among groups in improving living quality.It shows the efficacy of treatment group is superior to control group.(3)As for the aspects of averageurine volume in 24 hours,abdominal girth and weight,there are statistics differences(Paverage<0.05)existing in the differentials between pre-therapy and post-treatment comparison among groups,the treatment group is superior to control group.(4)The improvement in living quality: There is no significant difference between treatment group and control group in general efficacy of TCM clinical symptoms(Paverage>0.05),the total improvement rate was 83.3% in the test group,the total improvement rate was 63.3% in control group,There are statistics differences(P<0.05)existing in the post-treatment comparison among groups in improving living quality.In the aspect of clinical common symptoms: As for improving abdominal distention,edema of lower limbs,poor appetite,the efficacy of treatment group is superior to control group(post-treatment comparison among groups P average< 0.05).There is no significant difference(post-treatment comparison among groups P average>0.05)between treatment group and control group in improving nausea and vomiting,hypochondriac pain as well as weakness.There is no obvious adverse reaction appeared in any patient of the two groups during the clinical observation period.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine enema that matched with applying mirabilite on umbilicus is an effective and safe treatment that deserves promoting. |
