| Objective: The purpose of this experiment was to observe clinical effects of Qingre Huatan Anshen Decoction in treating phlegm fire disturbing heart ventricular premature beat,Objective to evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety,and analyze its mechanism,To explore a more safe and effective treatment method for clinical therapeutic room premature.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 60 hospitalized patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected,Were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases,given Qingre Huatan Anshen Decoction)and control group(30 cases,given Wenxinkeli treatment),treatment for 4 weeks.Results: After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,The experimental group to improve the total number of premature ventricular contractions onset and dynamic ECG effective rate determination was better than the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01);Two groups of patients in the TCM symptom severity,symptom curative effect,TCM syndrome score changes,TCM total curative effect comparison,the experimental group than the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Two groups of patients before and after treatment,liver and renal function and other safety indicators,no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion: Qingre Huatan Anshen Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with phlegm fire disturbing heart ventricular premature beat. |
