The Characteristics Of Professor Jiang Lihong In Treating Ventricular Premature Beat Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:Using the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform V2.2.3,through the analysis of Professor Jiang Lihong outpatient treatment of ventricular premature beat medical records of the original data collation,summarizes the tutor treatment of ventricular premature beats commonly used traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine compatibility,traditional Chinese medicine dosage,core prescription,etc.,for the future clinical treatment of ventricular premature beats to provide reference.Methods:Patients with premature ventricular contractions treated by Professor Jiang Lihong in Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December 2020 were collected.A total of 205 patients were included and 530 prescriptions were obtained.The basic information,clinical manifestation,tongue manifestation,pulse manifestation,syndrome and prescription of TCM were collected.Subsequently,by two people check and double-blind entry system,the establishment of Professor Jiang Lihong treatment of ventricular premature beat medication case library.Finally,the relevant statistical analysis and conclusion.Results:1.This study found 205 patients with premature ventricular contractions,women accounted for about 70.73%;Male accounted for about 29.27%,female patients were more susceptible.Moreover,most patients were concentrated in middle-aged(41-65 years old)131 cases,with obvious aggregation.2.This study found that patients with ventricular premature beats common symptoms,in addition to panic-based,but also fatigue,poor sleep,shortness of breath,chest tightness and other symptoms.3.In this study,222 Chinese herbs were used in 530 prescriptions,with a total frequency of 8968 times.On average,16.92 herbs per prescription.Among them,the maximum dose of a single Chinese medicine is Fuling 50 g,and the minimum dose of a total of 6 Chinese medicines are Chaihu,Huanglian,Rougui,Shengma、Wuzhuyu、Shuizhi 3 g.Among them,21 herbs used more than 150 times were Zhigancao(405),Fuling(387),Qingbanxia(313),Renshen(277),Shouwuteng(268),Chaihu(253),Huanglian(247),Danggui(215),Guizhi(201),Calcined Longgu(190),Shichangpu(189),Chenpi(184),Calcined Oyster(182),Chuanxiong(178),Baishao(177),Jiegeng(173),Fushen(163),Yuanzhi(160),Zhishi(154),Hehuanpi(153)and Zhiqiao(153).A total of seven core groups with medicinal flavor ≥3 were extracted,namely:(1)Huangli an,Ganj i ang,Huangqin;(2)Hehuanhua,Fushen,Duanl onggu,Duanmuli;(3)Sh engjiang,Chenpi,Zhishi;(4)Shenghuangqi,Jiegeng,Zhiqiao,Baizhu,Danggui,Chuanxiong;(5)Sh ouwuteng,Hehuanpi,Shichangpu,Yuanzhi;(6)Guizhi,Chaihu,Baishao;(7)Renshen,Qingbanxia,Zhigancao,Fuling.4.The study found that the neutral flavor of the prescription was mainly warm medicine and sweet medicine,and the meridian of spleen was the main meridian of Chinese medicine,and the efficacy was mainly tranquilizing the heart.5.Four common core prescriptions were found:Sijunzi Decoction(Gancao,Fuling,Renshen),BanxiaXiexinDecoction(Banxi a,Huanglian),Kaixin Powder(Shichangpu,Yuanzhi)and Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction(Guizhi,Longgu,Muli).Conclusion:1.Professor Jiang Lihong treatment of patients with premature ventricular contractions,advocate‘five viscera are palpitations,not alone.’And most of them start from the simultaneous treatment of heart and spleen and heart and liver.2.Professor Jiang Lihong in the treatment of patients with ventricular premature beats,and the commonly used drug pairs in the prescription take fried licorice as the core,such as:Fuling-Zhigancao;Chaihu-Zhigancao;Danggui,Guizhi-Zhigancao,etc.3.Professor Jiang Lihong in the treatment of patients with ventricular premature beats urged patients to regulate their emotions on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine prescription treatment.
