Clinical Observation Of Huanglian Wendan Decoction And Lapis Chloriti In The Treatment Of Ventricular Prematuer Contractions Complexes Of Phlegm Fier Disturbed Heart Syndrome

Objective:To research the clinical efficacy of Huanlian Wendan Decoction and Lapis Chloriti in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction(VPC)complexes of phlegm fire disturbed heart syndrome by observe the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment.So as to confirm the effectiveness of this prescription for phlegm and fire disturbing heart palpitation.It intends to provide better treatment for patients.Method:All patients in this clinical study were from professor Guo maosong’s outpatients in Nangang Branch of Heilongjiang Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2019 to February 2021.66 patients who conform to the diagnosis standard were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given the treatment of Wenxin Granules,and Huanlian Wendan Decoction and Lapis Chloriti was for the treatment group.The medication duration was 21 days.To determine the efficacy and safety of the two groups in the treatment of VPC,statistical analysis was conducted by observing the changes of scores of TCM symptoms and the number of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram before and after treatment.Result:1.The total scores of TCM syndrome in the two groups were significantly decreased,the effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 83.87%and 93.72%.Meanwhile,the efficacy of the two groups was compared with each other,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).2.The scores of TCM single syndrome were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).In palpitation,chest tightness,irritability and insomnia,the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).That means the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.However,there were no significant differences in shortness of breath,fatigue,thirst,constipation and short dark urine between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Each group is effective in the change of number in 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram before and after treatment.The total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 74.19%and 93.75%,respectively.At the same time,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.There were no adverse events in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:Huanglian Wendan Decoction and Chloriti Lapis in the treatment(phlegm fire disturbing the heart type)of VPC can obvious reduce the number of VPC and can improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.There was no adverse reaction events.
