Objective To understand the status of nursing students'learning attitude and influencing factors through establishing the questionnaire of nursing students'learning attitude and influencing factors , compare the difference and the reasons for that among nursing students in different background, and provide evidence for nursing educators to take targeted measures to cultivate and maintain nursing students a positive learning attitude. Methods Selecting 4 Nursing Departments/Colleges conveniently in one city, and then stratifying 594 nursing students by education, school, grade. The questionnaire includes three parts: general information, self-made nursing students learning attitude and influencing factors. A total of 620 questionnaires were delivered, 594 of which were valid questionnaires, and the effective rate is 95.81%. SPSS15.0 statistical software were used for statistical analysis of data, including descriptive analysis, T test, F test, one-way analysis of variance.Results1. Status of nursing students'learning attitude1.1 The total average of nursing students'learning attitude is 3.42±0.61.Learning interest, learning experience, personal study habits, and understanding of nursing discipline are respectively 3.08±0.85,3.89±0.80,3.13±0.80,3.64±0.75.1.2 The overall score and each dimension score between different gender are significantly different(P=0.000). Learning attitude of female nursing students is better than male.1.3 The overall score and each dimension score between one-child and non-one chide are significantly different(P<0.05). Learning attitude of non-one child nursing students is better than one child. The overall score of nursing students from different monthly income of families is significantly different(P<0.05). Learning attitude of nursing students from low-income family(monthly income≤3000$) is better than from high-income family (monthly income of> 3000 $).1.4 Learning attitude of nursing students from different levels of college are significantly different (P=0.000 ) . Descending order is third undergraduate, college, first undergraduate and second undergraduate. Learning attitude of different grades'undergraduate and college nursing students has no difference (P>0.05). 2. Influencing factors of nursing students'learning attitude2.1 The overall score of influencing factors in nursing students'learning attitude is 3.75±0.59. The dimensions of themselves, teacher, school and society are respectively 3.65±0.81,3.79±0.75,3.59±1.20,3.93±0.72.2.2 Whether the one-child, different monthly income of family, different grades or different school-level are not significantly different(P>0.05).2.3 The primary and secondary sort of the four dimensions influencing nursing students'learning attitude are: social factor, teacher factor, school factor, their own factor.Conclusion1. Nursing students'learning attitude totally shows a positive tendency. Students can obtain higher emotional experience in the learning, a sense of achievement and satisfaction, but not high interest.2. Learning attitudes of male nursing students and female nursing students are significantly different. Learning attitude of male nursing students are worse than female.3. Learning attitude of nursing students from different backgrounds is significantly different. One-child nursing students are worse than non one-child, high-income families'nursing students are worse than students from lower-income families.4. Learning attitude of nursing students from different levels of college is significantly different. Descending order is third undergraduate, college, first undergraduate and second undergraduate.5. Undergraduate nursing students'attitude is rising with grade rising, while the opposite attitude in college nursing students.6. Influencing factors of nursing students'learning attitude from different backgrounds(whether one-child, different monthly income of families, different grades and different school-level) are not significantly different.7. Social factor and teacher factor are the most influential factors of undergraduate nursing students'attitudes and the minimal impact is their own factors. External factors are greater than internal factors.
