Clinical Observation Of Lishi Huazhuo Bushen Decoction In The Treatment Of Hyperuricuric Nephropathy(Deficiency Of Kidney Yang,Dampness And Turbidity)

Objective: Based on the research results of high uric acid nephropathy this thesis provides more basis for Chinese medicine to treat high uric acid nephropathy by observing the clinical effect and evaluating its clinical safety based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine doctors on high uric acid nephropathy and the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease.Methods: In accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,72 patients with hyperuric acid nephropathy(deficiency of kidney yang,syndrome of dampness and turbidity)were selected from the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the outpatient and treatment area of Jilin Provincial People's Hospital.The control group and the treatment group were set up according to the random method,36 people in each group.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference and comparability between the two groups in terms of sex,age and other general clinical indicators.The two groups were treated with routine western medicine,in which the treatment group was treated with Jiangyaoshenfang on the basis of routine treatment,and the control group was treated with non-bustar tablets on the basis of routine treatment.During the course of clinical treatment,we recorded and checked the observation indexes one by one,analyzed the comparison of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,serum uric acid value,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine ? 2-MG,urine occult blood,and made the evaluation of curative effect and safety.Results: Through the analysis of the data collected by the SPSS 17.0 statistical system,the following results were obtained: the two groups appeared P>0.05 in the symptoms of soft waist and sour legs,cold and cold limbs,swelling of limbs,sticky mouth and so on,and there was no significant difference in the symptoms P<0.05 in physical difficulty,low intake of food and mental retardation.For the total score of TCM symptoms,the comparison between groups and groups showed P<0.05,which had significant difference.For the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 86.1% and 91.6%,respectively.The data of the two groups were compared between the two groups,P<0.05,with significant difference.There were significant differences in serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,serum uric acid,urine ? 2-MG? urinary occult blood P<0.05.When compared between groups,creatinine and urine occult blood were obtained P>0.05,there was no significant difference;serum uric acid,urea nitrogen,urine ?2-MG three aspects P<0.05,there was a significant difference.For the total effective rate of the disease,the control group and the treatment group were 88.9% and 91.6%,respectively.The comparison between the two groups showed that P<0.05 had significant difference.Conclusion Jiangyaifu Shenfang has remarkable curative effect in treating high uric acid nephropathy(deficiency of kidney yang,excessive dampness and turbidity syndrome),and it is superior to the control group in improving TCM syndromes such as physical difficulty,low appetite and mental retardation,and reducing serum uric acid,urea nitrogen and urine ?2-MG.Conclusion: The treatment of hyperuricemia(Deficiency of kidney yang,dampness and turbidity)has outstanding clinical effect,no obvious adverse reaction in the course of treatment,its safety is good,it can effectively reduce blood uric acid,improve renal function,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,can be widely used in clinical treatment.
