Objective:Gushen prescription is used to treat uric acid nephropathy patient whose syndrome differentiation is spleen and kidney yang deficiency type, observe changes in proteinuria, urea nitrogen, creatinine, and uric acid before and after treatment,to judge the clinical efficacy of Gushen Fang in the treatment of uric acid nephropathy. Methods:Selected from April 2017 to January 2018 to attend the outpatient department of the Nephrology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine was spleen and kidney yang deficiency, and the diagnosis and inclusion criteria for uric acid nephropathy were met in 42 patients.Based on the symptomatic treatment of modern medicine, the Gu Shen Fang was taken orally according to the course of treatment, and the changes of each index before and after the treatment were observed, and the efficacy before and after treatment was compared.Data analysis using SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:1.The total effective rate of Gushen prescription in the treatment of uric acid nephropathy is 87.5%.2.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome is 87.5%.3.The total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).4.After treatment with Gushen prescription, the 24-hour urinary protein quantification, serum uric acid, serum creatinine, and urea nitrogen were significantly reduced, and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Gushen prescription can reduce blood uric acid level in patients with uric acid nephropathy.2.Gushen prescription can reduce 24-hour urine proteinuria in patients with uric acid nephropathy.3.GuShen prescription can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with uric acid nephropathy of spleen and kidney yang deficiency. |
