Clinical Research On Method Of Tonifying Kidney And Resolving Turbidit To Interfere In The Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency With Dampness And Turbidity Of Diabetic Nephropathy (Mogensen â…¢)

Purpose:To discuss the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine about diabetic nephropathy(MogensenⅢ), using method of tonifying kidney and resolving turbidit to interfere in the syndrome of kidney deficiency with dampness and turbidity.To observe the therapeutic efficacy of this method in treating the syndrome of kidney deficiency with dampness and turbidity.Methods:A randomized, controlled trial was conducted 50 patients with the syndrome of stagnated heat of diabetic cardiomyopathy were randomly classified into two groups.On the basic of normal treatment and modern medicine, the patients of treated group (n=25) were treated by Chinese medicine while the patients of controlled group (n=25) were not.Three months was a course of treatment.The observed indexes included both curative effect indexes, such as clinic symptoms, FBG, PBG, HbA1c, blood fat, inflammatory factor such as hs-CRP, UAER,serum and urinaryβ2 microglobulin, and safety indexes, such as routine urine, blood and stool test, ECG, the function of live and kidney and harmful reaction.The complete data carries on statistics analysis by the SPSS11.5 statistics software.Results:Prior treatment, the gender, age, course of disease of the two groups patients had no differeces.①The total effective rate of treated roup patients was 88.00%; while the controlled group was 64.00%.The treated group had an advantage than the controlled group(P<0.05).②The postprandial blood glucose, HbAlc of two groups lowered(P<0.01). And the treated group had an advantage than the controlled group(P<0.05).③In treatmed group, the blood and urine B2 microglobulin is improved than the control group(P<0.05); urinary albumin excretion rate improved significantly compared with the control group(P<0.01).④Compared with pre-treatment, in the treated group patients' TC, TG, LDL-c had a lowering(P<0.05), while HDL-c had improved significantly compared with the control group(P<0.01).⑤Inflammatory factor hs-CRP:Compared with pre-treatment, in the both groups, hs-CRP of had a significant difference (P<0.01), while compared with the control group, the treated with Chinese medicine were more encouraging (P<0.05). IL-6 of the control group also significantly improved (P<0.01), but no significant difference in hs-CRP (P>0.05).⑥Safety indicators:Liver and kidney function tests were within normal range. Both groups were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:The results of the study indicated Chinese medicine of method in method of tonifying kidney and resolving turbidit combined with western medicine can't only inprove the clinical manifestation,but also some indexes of the patients',such as blood glucose,blood fat, urinary albumin excretion rate and so on.It has sure curative effected in treating diabetic nephropathy. It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
